The Family told me he had fleas but the vet told me he just had awful allergies. He takes apoquel and has gotten some steroid shots but knowing what foods to avoid gas been really helpful in lowering his immune response. Just our luck he's allergic to almost everything!! Also the customer service is great. They had to send me a new one twice because there was a problem in the mail system. They sent them to me quickly and even expedited my results for the trouble. The format of the results is also really nice

Have been having lots of allergy issues with out American Bully and needed some answers. Several dog friends have recommended this test so we decided to give it a try. Cant beat the price for all the info you get.

This test was easy to do BUT, it has been 3 1/2 months since I sent my test in. I have emailed them twice inquiring about test results, no answer. Now I am wondering if they are out of business or if I was scammed. I would suggest using another product, do not do business with this company.UPDATE: After my 3rd email to this company someone finally responded. Tried to say I never registered my test, not true. So I registered again. Another email, they want to know my dogs name. Finally after 3 months I get test results. 8 foods they say she is allergic to, Tobacco, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Halibut, White rice, Chicken egg, Rabbit & Salmon. Listed high to low. She eats halibut, white rice, eggs & salmon with no issues. I also cook with olive oil. She eats white rice in her Hills Science Diet digestive care food daily!! The other items in the results are Fungus (plant) and Fungus household. What the heck does that mean? There are 116 allergens they say she did not react to, peanuts is one of those allergens listed and I know for a fact she has a very high intolerence to nuts, specifically peanuts and peanut butter. But they said she is fine? This test is a joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Tells you exactly what your dogs allergy's are. Took about 3 weeks or so for the results. And it is super easy to get a sample even if your dog is a bit of jerk.

It took nearly 1 month to get the results. Over 2 weeks to get to the lab and then another 2 weeks to get the results. And if they didn't get the swab in 4 weeks, they would send me another swab. And if I wanted to pay an additional $79 they would get me my test results in less than a week. I don't like being upsold like that. Provide the service promptly or charge more to hire more staff, as our pups are scratching, licking, etc., and are downright uncomfortable. My dog is scratching less; maybe that will take some time.

These tests do take time to get results back. It was easy to get the sample, provided your dog cooperates unlike one of mine. Lol. I knew that one of my dogs had a pretty bad allergy to chicken due to his reaction to it. I also knew that my girl had environmental allergies just didnβt know to what. This has helped me to narrow down what to avoid. I have also done their DNA testing for all of my dogs and I was surprised at those results.

My new puppy was scratching constantly to the point that his skin would get so red and hot and he developed a blotchy rash on his belly and thighs. He would get so frustrated and let out these little cries. To see him uncomfortable I was heartbroken and desperate. I loathed giving him Benadryl but was left no choice but to do so. I began eliminating some foods that could be the cause but than thought what if it might be something other than just a particular protein. I feel like everything caused him to scratch - foods, area rugs, dust, heat, cold, playing and even cuddling him. It couldβve been one of those things. It couldβve been all of those things. It was so overwhelming and I started to feel hopeless. I wanted answers and as quickly as possible. I did some research and settled on this test. The test was easy to do and we got results in a little over a week. Make sure your pup is off antihistamines. The packet thats included in the box with directions on how to do the test will tell you exactly how long your pup needs to be off antihistamine prior to doing the test. We found out my puppy is allergic/sensitive to Rosemary, Olive oil, Turkey, Halibut, Molds and ants. I was initially feeding him chicken, than switched to a food that contained turkey before switching him to a different food that contained fish because I read that it might be better for allergies/sensitivities. When I looked at the ingredients all of the foods contained rosemary and the puppy food with fish contained halibut. Also the all organic shampoo I was bathing him with not only contained rosemary but olive oil as well. It all made sense now. With the results, I now had the information I needed to make my little one feel better which made me feel empowered as a new puppy mama. I switched him to a food that contained pork and other ingredients listed on his report that he does not have an allergy/sensitivity to and he is better. So much better. He now only scratches once in a while but thatβs normal. To the company of this test, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you.

Customer service from allergy test my pet was fantastic and i received the results in less than 2 weeks. Its very shocking to know ive been feeding food that my dog has high intolerance to. So glad i did this test and im able to eliminate food without guessing or wasting time.
