If you should happen to have quit smoking cancer sticks but still needing a nicotine fix. Or you’re trying to quit smoking. This gum is the best. Great mint taste, stays soft forever so pieces last a long time versus a “name brand” competitor gum. Or even other store brands. Make the switch you won’t be disappointed.

I used patches AND these for a year. Then weened myself off the patches. Now on year 3 still turn to the gum mostly out of habit. I tried everything from patches alone to hypnosis! Only the combo of both patches and gum finally did the trick. They taste like an ashtray at first, but hey…..cigarettes aren’t suppose to taste like strawberries! Lol
