I don’t have a huge head and this helmet runs small. Fits like the children’s helmet I bought for my 8 yr old.

I bought this helmet because my old one didn't really fit well and I wanted to protect my brain. I bought an ebike and noticed a lot of FB posts about people falling. Those bikes take some getting used to. This brand has a dial on the back so you can adjust it to fit your head. It also has a detachable visor which could be just a little longer. It doesn't quite provide enough shade. It's lightweight, comfy and easy to attach. I haven't fallen so I can't attest to how well it might actually work. Hopefully I will never find out.

I was so happy when I found this helmet. For one thing, is very highly rated for safety, which is extremely important. Secondly, it actually fits! I'm a woman, and always hated wearing bike helmets, because they've traditionally been sized for big ol' man heads -- which left me swimming in a giant bowl thing. If a helmet is uncomfortable or doesn't fit right, it's not going to be worn. This one is great--it fits right, it's highly rated, and pretty! Highly recommend.

I had an accident about 2 years ago and this helmet saved my life. My left temporal lobe would have been smashed as the impact was so severe, instead, I ended up with a broken clavicle, 2 broken ribs, and a puncture lung. When I later had the courage to take a look at my helmet you can hardly notice that there was just a small dent. Safety first and foremost, ride safe!
