Card Away Excess Ink
1. Card away all excess ink from the screen and return ink to the container.
DISCLAIMER: If using water-based ink kindly dispose of the ink if it is dried up and not usable.
Apply to Screen
2. Apply emulsion remover to both sides of a wet screen with a sponge, pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump system. a. Then, leave the product on for 15-30 seconds.
DISCLAIMER: If left on longer than the recommended time emulsion can lock permanently on the screen.
Thoroughly Rinse
3. Thoroughly rinse screen with high-pressure water, starting at the bottom, making sure to remove all emulsion and residue.
