I really did not like the design of that vest because, although it was designed for women, I felt like it pulled down too much on the chest and that area certainly does not need to be pulled down! Haha! I was looking for one designed like this that where I could still adjust the weights. I ran into this one, which has been made popular since a certain brand of home exercise equipment has added a few treadmill workouts with weighted vests. I was worried I wouldn't like that you can't adjust the weight, but, so far, I really like it! I got the 15 lb one and it seems just right. I often work out in the AM or mid-day and am on a sports team in the evening. It's about a mile walk to exercise class, so, I wear this on the walk too and from, and sometimes do a 30 min stair run/walk after working out, or, just walk/jog back. This is perfect because I'm not worn out, but, you do definitely know you're putting in more effort. You can jog easily or walk, or, really do whatever you want. Other reviewers say they keep this on while doing household chores, for example. It does have a smell, but, I kept it outside for a few days on my balcony after I was done exercising and now it's fine. The second day I had it, I left it overnight in my car and it didn't make my car smell or anything like that. It is just the normal smell that comes with Neoprene. I think it's a good value for this kind of product. I bought this instead of another similar one because it came with a bag for your phone, etc., but, I admit I haven't used the bag. I use my normal crossbody bag over the weighted vest, so that the crossbody bag strap isn't trapped. It's a little awkward, but, it works for the short distances I've used it so far.

I’ve had this vest for a week now and I’m really impressed. I purchased the 12-pound version—it fits perfectly and the phone pouch is a great touch. It’s definitely taken my workouts to the next level.The first couple of times wearing it, my shoulders were a little sore, but that was just my body adjusting to the extra weight. For anyone trying a weighted vest for the first time, I’d recommend scaling your workout back at first. I usually walk for about an hour, but I cut it down to 30 minutes the first few days to ease into it.Now that I’ve been using it for a week, I already feel stronger and have noticed a boost in endurance. It’s really added a new dimension to my workouts—almost like I’m leveling up my walk.I’ve followed the manufacturer’s suggestion to flip it inside out and hang it over a chair after use. That’s worked well so far, and I haven’t had any issues with odor (though I’ll update my review if anything changes).Overall, the 12-pound weight is perfect for me right now. I could see myself bumping up to a heavier one down the road, but for where I am, this feels just right.

I love using this vest when I'm on my walking pad at home. I don't usually wear the vest out because it is bulky but it adds intensity to simple workouts. I don't walk fast or on a steep incline with the walking pad, so its the boost I need. I went with 14 lbs weight after reading the recommended weight for your vest is about 10% of your body weight. So, its heavy and I want to be able to take it off quickly and easily when Im done. The phone holder is extremely helpful. I plan on purchasing a smaller, lighter version for outdoor jogs, but this gives me a boost I enjoy during my low intensity workouts. The quality is great, no rips or wear and tear and I've had this several months now and wear regularly. The black color has not faded and it holds up.

Good quality product, stitching and plastic looks good. I am in very good shape and feel very strong, and have hiked across Spain (up to 20 miles per day for 28 days) but I think the 25# was too much for me as far as just training (I'm 135). I need to go lower, and I think even the lower weights will help me with the endurance piece and gaining a lot of benefit for health/leg strength. When you hike the long distances, they say you should carry no more than 10% body weight, so this is very different than TRAINING with heavier weights. I will get a lighter weight and then see if I can increase again. Good quality!

I’m 71” tall and around 223 lbs. I purchased the 20 lbs version. It has an arm attachment that comes with the vest.It sits very well on my upper body and doesn’t move in excess when I move around in low-medium intensity. It had adjustable straps that really hold the vest in place so I’m not in an excessive amount of discomfort.The vest size is really great! The value, functionality and durability is really important when making a decision on which best I would purchase. The padding is really effective when I’m wearing it for an upwards of two hours.It’s comfortable, great color and appearance and is really comfortable when doing any any workout.
Alternative for ADHD/ASD stimulation vests

The market for adult vests is quite niche. I ordered the 4lb vest because I wanted to keep the impact on my shoulders less. It feels like wearing a backpack with a few books in it.I am a smaller person so the front clip was a good fit, but for larger chest sizes the vest strap my not fit. The extra phone strap thing is cool. The zippers clink together and make noise, so I covered on in tape.Would not recommend using while jumping.

Comfortable badly notice I’m wearing it
I started running and working out with this forgot I’d have it on until I felt the extra burn. Only issue I have is when you use it next to skin you get a bunch of black residue on your body. also could be a bit heavier but you get what you pay for.
Great Weighted Vest
At first I ordered a 15lb vest but then cancelled and opted for a 20lb vest instead since I do run with my running vest with water and do lift weights. Just the box itself was heavy and I thought it would be too heavy for me. However, once I put it on, I definitely felt it in my core, my legs, and my posture had to work extra well to support the weight. I took my dogs out for a 30 minute walk with the vest and it certainly made me sweat a little more than I would have normally. I love how distributed the weight is on my torso and that the vest comes with the little phone pouch. I will be using this many times a week for sure to get an extra burn and train my body and legs that little bit more. Great product!The top buckle is a little loose on me when it’s fully cinched but I tucked in the rest of the strap and pulled tighter and it’s ok. It’s not loose but for someone smaller it might be a bit big on the top buckle. Just something to notice.
