Cooks very quickly, too. Texture is angelic and very high quality. Good price, and I suppose the thickness is good, considering the fact that angel hair pasta is the thinnest of noodles.

This angel hair pasta is my absolute favorite, but let me warn you—this pasta does not play. You turn your back for one minute and it’s overcooked and sad.That said, when you cook it right (literally just a flash in boiling water), the texture is perfect. Light, silky, and just chewy enough without being gummy. It’s one of those pastas that makes you feel fancy even if you’re just throwing butter and garlic on it at midnight.For the price, it’s a solid deal. You get a full pound, and it’s very versatile. Its A+ pasta with the cooking window of a Pop-Tart in a toaster. Delicious, but don’t walk away from the stove.
