THIS smells and tastes more like peanuts than the regular jarred kind!Great value for money. When you add water, you can make as thick or thin as you like, so you can spread it easily.Many types to pick from. Haven't tried them all, but have been using the original for years and primarily use in smoothies. Also on crackers!

I use this as a replacement for regular peanut butter. It is lower in calories and fat than regular PB. It also has 1 gram more protein. I know regular peanut butter is healthy if used in moderation but this stuff is great if you are on a low calorie diet. I use it in various receipes and love it.

I used this in so many dishes and it works great. I also bought the sugar free version which is ideal for savoury situations.
