These pills are powerful. You took 2 last evening a hour before bedtime. I slept until 10:00 am the next morning. I couldn’t believe it. I used it for the first time Saturday night. Both days I woke up with a hazy blurry mind set. I will not be taking this med again. Again, if you can handle it, it’s great.
