After two days of using this oil, I felt the familiar feeling of clean energy, mental acuity and satiety like I used to. It also helped me with my fasting regimen. I attribute this mostly to the high levels of C8 MCT’s in this oil. Definitely recommend if you’re on a ketogenic diet or just want some brain and body boosting health fats!

This is a fantastic source of energy and has many digestive benefits. I add it to my smoothies and it works great. Some people recommend adding it to coffee, but you have to blend it well otherwise the oil just floats to the top.

I feel like this is one of the best MCT products on the market, it has everything you need and nothing you don’t. I like the fact that this one comes in a glass bottle, I have been using this product for about a year, and up until recently it’s been coming in a plastic bottle so I was very happy to see it come in a glass bottle. I like to support Dr. Macola because he is out in the press, researching and studying and revealing the truth about what’s happening in the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry so I think it’s important to support him and by his products.

So I was researching and everyone was talking about how the C8 MCT oil is the way to go so I shelled out the double (nearly triple) price for this C8 only MCT oil to feel that extra goodness. While there’s nothing wrong with the product I just can’t justify paying a premium for the C8 only products as for me it does nothing different from the regular MCTs at least nothing I can notice. Let me say that the product and the seller are great and there’s nothing against the particular brand or seller, this review reflects only on the VALUE of C8 vs regular MCT.Obviously as long as you can afford it try it for yourself and make your own decision but don’t stress your budget if it’s tight as it’s not likely to make any difference for you.

I used this to get me into ketosis faster plus my usual brand often upset my stomach. I bought this on recommendation from someone in an FB group I belong to. So happy I did! It’s a bit pricey for the size of the bottle but was worth it! I quickly popped into ketosis while also maintaining alkalinity. I also had no stomach upset. I will be buying another bottle soon. Totally would recommend especially because the levels of C8 is superior to most brands

I've tried Gundry's MCT and really liked it. Unfortunately, I got cheap and thought I would give this a shot. I was wondering what was tearing up my stomach so I played around with an elimination diet and found that it was this oil. Complete stomach pains and acid stomach. Going to have to throw it out:(. And, on top of all that, I gained none of the benefits...no increased energy, no help with digesting, etc.
