We've used parchment to line bread tins for years, but had been cutting parchment from a roll to fit the size of the pan. Decided to give these a try in hopes of saving some time/effort, which is important when baking 2-4 loaves 1-2 times/week to feed our family and my mother-in-law.Well, they didn't stick... to the pan.They stuck horribly to the bread itself in a way that we've never seen parchment do before. Three of us spent most of an hour trying to get every last scrap detached from the bottom and sides of three separate loaves, and we still weren't confident that we'd gotten everything. We wound up trimming the crusts off to ensure we didn't wind up eating parchment. We threw out the remainder of the package of liners and went back to a different technique for making things simpler: Using 5" square pans to do half-size loaves and lining them with 10" parchment circles (the kind made for cakes). Which works nicely without imparting any unwanted additions to the bread.If you enjoy the taste of parchment, by all means purchase this product. Otherwise, I'd steer clear.

I make a lot of zucchini bread and similar breads. This are very convenient and also keep my glass loaf pans from a lot of stain and cooked on food. It also makes it easier to remove the bread from the loaf pan. Will always continue to use them
