Others tastes are not always our own. I have to say that there is a little grittiness but not bad. I purchased the berry flavor that other reviewers said was good. I agree with those reviews. It is good. I added a scoop to18oz water with cucumber. It didn't mix in well so I just shook it up and that worked. I just received this yesterday so I cant attest to the benefits yet. It is easier to stay with if it tastes good. I will purchase again.
