This was a good value but it’s flimsy. The purple top has grooves that fit into the grooves on the heating element but it’s not sturdy and fall off very easily. That being said, it works well if you keep still. I put a large towel over my head and placed my face towards the steam, but not too close. I felt the impurities melting off of my face. I wiped my face and immediately added my moisturizer. It felt like a spa treatment. Despite it’s flimsiness, I made it work.

Unstable because featherweightFace part tilts off to any movementExtremely lightweight which ages me uncomfortable since it's boiling water!Will not keep. Doesn't feel safe for me and definitely not safe with a couple cats zooiming around and coming to say hi with some head butts.

It’s not the most durable of facial steamers but good for the money in my opinion. I purchased this due to severe nasal congestion and allergies but cannot use the nasal attachment even on #1 setting as it burns the hell out of me. Even on the #1 setting using the facial steamer attachment you have to leave a steam escape gap otherwise it will burn. I have burned my throat due to trusting this on the first try and not being cautious! Use carefully! Otherwise honestly it’s a ‘get what you pay for’ product that can help with some relief if used frequently for sinus issues.

Like most people I shopped around, there is a subscription I am signed up to on another website and this exact same steamer was on there but almost triple the price. So naturally i went to Bolo to check to see if Bolo had something similar for a lower cost and was surprised to find the exact item for much less of the cost. Of course I snatched it up right away. Great product easy to use, well at first i had issues after I placed the facial guard thing on the steamer and then tried removing it without reading instructions. I learned that it is like a twist snap thing and even though i know how to do it now it is still kinda difficult so I just leave the facial steamer guard thing on the steamer cause i dont want to break it. Works as advertised. I use to soften skin before exfoliating and then use again before apply serums and creams. It has a cool sinus guard thingy to for when ur sick or stuffed up. I just luv it! One of my favorite skin care routine products now.

Es wird teilweise sehr heiß, so dass man sich mit dem Gesicht doch etwas weiter entfernen muss als vom Hersteller gedacht. Allerdings macht es das was es soll, das inhalieren funktioniert super und auch einfach mal ein Gesichtsdampfbad um die Poren zu öffnen ist schnell vorbereitet und das Gerät erwärmt sich auch so schnell dass man gar nicht lange drüber nachdenkt mal doch die zehn Minuten Pause zu nutzen
