I ordered this for meal replacements while on Keto. This is one of the few protein powders that I found to have lower carbs. Mixed with water was ok but not great, it has odd texture that was hard for me to drink. I prefer to mix with milk or almond milk, but half milk half water was ok too.The chocolate cookie and chocolate peanut butter are my favorite and taste great! I tried the cookies and cream but found it too sweet.For average meal replacement I would do 1 to 1.5 scoops in about 10 oz of milk which resulted in a slightly thick shake. I was left feeling satisfied and had a good amount of energy. I tried 2 scoops a few times and almost feel like it was too much. Overall I am very happy with the powder and will continue to purchase it even through the end of my diet.

I have been taking protein powders since 1997 consistently. I have never found one that I consider to be un drinkable… until now. I have tried to mix this with everything. I question if I got a bad batch cause I can’t believe anyone would sign off on this. I’m not exaggerating.Vanilla caramel is absolutely disgusting.
