So I tried using these tablets every 15 mins for my 14.5kms run yesterday in addition to my usual GU gels and Body Armour hydration drink and OMG – never have I ever recovered this quickly from a long run! As a slow runner, I stiffen up quite easily, and my post-recovery period after long runs is quite painful. But somehow, I woke up today and was pleasantly surprised at how normal I felt after completing a long distance yesterday! I thought I would feel stiff and have terrible cramps but NOPE – my body feels flexible and quite normal. I am quite stunned at how the addition of these tablets to my running routine has helped me push forward and recover as quickly as possible. Definitely not running long distances anymore without these tablets from now on!

We've used these repeatedly over the years for warm & hot weather endurance races. Sometimes I get nauseous with too many electrolytes in my water, so I pop one of these every hour and it seems to do the trick. Plus they taste good !
