I have to hand it to the Amish folk who made this heck of a nice drying rack. Definitely worth the extra dough when compared to other drying racks that tend to be weak wobbly moldy and just downright disrespectful. If you want to be frustrated and remorseful for your purchase, buy a bamboo unit or any of the multitude of drying racks that indicate they are made in China. I will update this review if it starts to fall apart but I see a bright future for this sturdy nice rack. Nice rack!! Go Penn. Ourah!

This is a very well-made product. It is not flimsy at all, and stands steady. It fits together like it should. It is actually taller than I thought it would be, but that's good. I was surprised, though, that it did not come in its own box. It was simply shipped in an Bolo box, which, surprisingly, arrived in excellent condition for such a large box. It was in a plastic bag with an open top. The plastic was stuck to some of the tape on the bottom of the box because the box flaps had not been sealed tightly. The plastic was also stuck to the top of the drying rack in one spot with some glue, that I will have to clean off. Suggestion: Instead of a plastic bag, why not ship these in a fabric bag? It could be just a simple cotton, washable bag with a tie on top or velcro. A carrying strap/handle would be nice, too. This would keep the drying rack dust-free, clean, and safe when it's stored. You could put your company label on the outside of the bag.:) It would add to the heirloom value of this beautiful, well-made drying rack.:)

It’s beautiful! The quality and workmanship is excellent! I’ve had cheap versions all my life and this rack will outlive me, no doubt! It’s very smooth and sturdy and I can easily hang a load of laundry on it in no time because I fold it strategically and when it’s dry, it’s easy to fold and it has put moisture into the air. Remember, I’ve used these all my life.I’m 58 and I actually have a great rack now! Thank you!

This clothes drying rack is sturdy enough to handle whatever you need to put on it. But still light enough to transport. It's collapsable to make transport easier. It's made of solid wood! I believe this clothes drying rack will go the distance.

This is like a product from my youth in the 50s and 60s when things were well designed, made in the USA, and lasted. I've had wooden drying racks and I've had plastic and "metal" ones, and they were all junk. Wobbly, weak, easily broken. Money for junk that fills up the dump. This one is sturdily made of good wood and never wobbles. Holds all heavy wet towels and whatever without a problem. Made in the USA also.Moreover, I did have to deal with the manufacturer because in shipping, the big box was dropped on one corner, from a height I would say, causing a crack in the leg on that corner. I didn't want to ship back such a big thing and asked the company if maybe I could use plastic wood or something to make it serviceable. They probably shuddered at the idea of plastic wood, but encouraged me to send it back and said I could just rebox it and drop it off at UPS. Easy. Did that, new one came before I even returned the old one, in perfect condition and I am so pleased with it. You forget how satisfying it is to use well-made objects.Buy this drying rack, you'll never have to replace it barring natural disasters and it will be a continuing pleasure to use rather than a continuing frustration.

Beautifully made - well worth the money.
This dryer was a beautifully made piece. It is functional and very stable. It is so well crafted and I love the way it locks together. It reminds me of the craftsmanship of my grandmother's era. I will literally never need to buy another clothes drying rack. Well worth the money - and more stable and durable than the plastic/wire versions. I bought the large and I can fit two loads of drying on it. It stores easily. Very happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble
I was looking for a good laundry rack and this one looked great. I wasn't disappointed! It is excellent and very well made. Would highly recommend it.
Outstanding quality and worth every penny!
I've now had this rack for 7 years and it's still as good as new. The thick bars mean you don't get dents in the dried clothes. The height means it has a smaller footprint. There's usually space for a whole washload so a great saver on electricity as well. The spacing is such that a load usually dries overnight. Folds up super small and stays upright when folded at about the same height as a washer or dryer. One of my best Bolo purchases and could not recommend it more. Kudos to the woodworkers/manufacturers!

I have had a few different laundry racks over the years which barely last one year. This rack is Top quality and incredibly sturdy. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Thank you for your care in making such a great product.
