I am in IT and I really feel like a sponge absorbing information much better when taking two of these capsules a day.ND is a company others should strive to be. I have dozens of bottles of their products, never had capsules that were melted, never encountered poor quality control, etc. I highly recommend these capsules, I pay the premium for ND just because I know how inefficacious other Bolo supplement listings are. It sounds like I’m sponsored but I’m not, I wish I was.

My memory has definitely improved and I am able to recall information much easier. I struggle with ADHD and have be using l theanine and reishi to help with that and mood issues. These three combined have given me a near perfect solution to poor memory and concentration with the ADHD, anxiety, stress, etc... and have greatly improved my functionality as an adult in her twenties. I do not recommend this to be taken with high amounts of caffeine for my avid coffee and energy drink drinkers as I experienced paranoia after taking this pill with twice as much caffeine as I normally consume.

I’ve always had a cast iron stomach, and not much phases me. But this stuff? I tried everything. Empty stomach, full stomach, with food, 30 minutes after eating, and even with milk — nothing seems to take the edge off. About 15-20 minutes after taking this stuff, I feel like I swallowed a hotel towel and it’s sitting at the top of my stomach in knots.For all intents and purposes, this may very well have great effects. However, I’ve never really been able to get that far. Conversely, none of the other brands of Alpha GPC I’ve tried have done so much as given me slight nausea, so I’m not sure what’s different about Nootropics Depot‘s.Other ND products I’ve tried have all been excellent, so I imagine if you can get past the stomach issues, this one will be as well. As for me, I don’t think that the hours-long bloating and nausea are worth it, so I’ll be sticking to another brand.

Out of all the other options for alpha gpc on this website I trust this brand. That being send I had to change the bottle so that the pills are in an air tight environment. Otherwise the powder inside the pills will melt becoming liquid which is common for alpha gpc.

I’ve been a Nootropics Depot customer for years. Alpha GPC is not a sleep aid.. just the opposite.. my favorite stack with this is phenylpiracetam which, sadly ND no longer carries. If you want a great stack for creativity and motivation, I can’t think of anything better than these two together.
