I used this product to supplement meals heavy on carbs. Since I did not have formal testing done afterwards, it's hard to say if it helped or not. I think as part of eating healthy, moving every hour, keeping stress low, it may have helped.

So far, so good! This product does help with my appetite and craving for sweets. I feel a lot better when I take them before a meal. After I intermittent fast for 16 hours, I take it before my first meal as directed. I don't get that tired and sluggish feeling in the afternoon like I used to. After a couple of weeks, I'm excited about my weight loss journey bcI now have more control of what types of foods and supplements I use in my body. In another month, I give an update with pictures.

I like it. Been taking it for over a year. Thank God it has helped. I'm also doing IF. Days I don't take it, I get a sugar rush feeling after a meal. I think that's what diabetics feel if they don't take meds. This probably help bring me back to border line with IF and weight lifting. All the are important I think.

I take one a day and started a keto diet, my a1c went from 7.5 to a 6.0! Made me so happy !
