Upon receiving the ToiLight, we experienced no issues with its operation or installation. The sensors, detecting both motion and light, proved to be highly sensitive. Although initially purchased as a humorous novelty, we found the product to be quite practical.

This is a very unique gift idea...if you're ever stuck and can't think of something to buy for someone. You can set the light for any color you want which can give your bathroom area the exact look you want. I set mine for a light blue which is very calming and is just the right amount of light for nighttime. The light automatically shuts off after about a minute once you leave the room, but I found I can make it shut off instantly by just switching the bathroom light on and off really quick, which isn't mentioned in the little setup pamphlet it comes with.

When I first ordered this it was for a fun little gag gift. However, it turns out that it actually is a unique and helpful gadget. I placed one on my toilet to see how it worked and when I had to get up in the middle of the night to do my business, it was actually refreshing to see the toilet bowl all lit up the minute I walked into the bathroom. For an elderly person, it really helped to clearly see where I needed to go as I don't turn lights on. The motion sensor works great and the colors are vivid yet soft and it turns off pretty quickly after leaving the bathroom. It really beats the heck out of keeping a night light on all night. I'd say it is a great gadget for the elderly and really for anyone who has to get up in the middle of the night to go. In fact, I can see using this in other places of your home where you need a little extra light when you have to get up, but not have a light on for the entire night. The 4 stars is because I don't know how long it will last.

I don’t know why this has any bad reviews honestly. We’ve had this for several months and love it. This seems stupid, but it actually works really well. The motion sensor comes on as you walk towards the bathroom and there’s a soft glow so you can see whether your husband left the seat up or if any critters decided to take a stroll on your toilet seat before you plop down. It’s so nice to not have to turn the light on and completely wake yourself up.If it’s not coming on or coming on too frequently, simply adjust the position on the toilet. I suggest closing the seat while you adjust it so you don’t accidentally place it under that little bump on the bottom of the toilet seat and snap it when you sit down. It also doesn’t interfere with cleaning at all since you can slide it back-and-forth, just make sure you reposition it where you had it

I bought one of these in 2021, then when it stopped working about 2 years later I bought another one, which also stopped working at about the two year mark. This appears to demonstrate a consistent engineering limitation that I find to be acceptable considering the low cost and high benefit (exceeding not just my expectations but also manufacturer claims) of this product. Who knew the therapeutic, stress-relieving properties of a color changing toilet nightlight? Not being subjected to the harsh, blinding glare of the bathroom light, but instead preemptively welcomed by the warm wash of softly-changing colors makes nocturnal eliminations more enjoyable, thereby reducing potty performance anxiety. It's like a Pink Floyd concert at Willy Wonka's... for your butt!Despite the 2-year lifespan, I still give this product 5 stars because I miss it and will be ordering another one soon... and will continue doing so every other year if I must for as long as pooping after dark is a thing. Amen!

I bought this for my husband as a stocking stuffer this year and he loved it. Our “water closet” doesn’t have an outlet for a nightlight so getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was a pain because you have to turn the big, bright light on. But with this it gives enough light so you can see without turning on the light! Highly recommended.

Non sono le solite cinesate da due soldi che durano da oggi a domani, il prezzo è molto elevato per i materiali usati... per quanto riguarda l’igiene di questo apparecchio beh c’è da discuterne un po’.... ogni qualvolta tiriamo lo sciacquone degli schizzi invisibili vanno a depositerai sopra, per non parlare degli schizzi di pipì che inevitabilmente andranno a sporcare il leddino posto all’interno del WC. L’installazione e semplice e intuitiva ovvero spegnete le luci del bagno e si accenderà subito di un bel rosso, attenzione a non spingere il pulsantino subito ma fate girare tutti i colori ( appena ve ne piace uno spingete il pulsantino e l'apparecchio registrerà quel colore sennò continueranno a girare senza sosta). Mio figlio di 3 anni non vede l’ora di andare in bagno :) ed e una cosa positiva! Chi ha figli lo può capire :) le pile non sono incluse (mini stilo) comunque tutto sommato è un bel prodotto che consiglierei e sicuramente è un ottima idea regalo per amici, spero di esservi stato di aiuto.

This is a very unique gift idea...if you're ever stuck and can't think of something to buy for someone. You can set the light for any color you want which can give your bathroom area the exact look you want. I'd say it is a great gadget for the elderly and really for anyone who has to get up in the middle of the night to go.
