I've noticed since using this that my skin seems to be a lot clearer, and I'm wondering if that has to do with the fact that the skin is more hydrated. Look, it's not giving me the Benjamin Button effect, but nothing short of her facelift will at my age, 48. I can't say though that my skin feels much better, has fewer blemishes and looks better in general. I have very, very sensitive skin and this has not caused any outbreaks, rashes or triggered any rosacea.I apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and then layer on Avene RetrinAL. I'm not able to tolerate tretinoin or other retinoids, so that one works for me. And then I apply a very small amount of light moisturizer on top. I have been using this for more than a month now, and finding that what people say about being consistent with facial products is key. So, if you're fair skinned and very sensitive I can say that I recommend this without hesitation to help with hydration/repair and fine lines.

I have been using this product morning and night for a month. It makes a visible difference in how my skin looks and feels. I started using it right when I went on vacation. I didn’t get enough sleep or eat well during my trip so thought I’d look awful when I got home. To my surprise when I looked in my bathroom mirror, my skin looked better than before my trip and has continued to do well on this product. I also use a vitamin c serum and tretinoin so wasn’t expecting too much of an improvement but it does make a difference in my skin’s brightness and smoothness. Using it bare faced, this gives my skin a nice sheen. With the price point, I will continue to use this and plan on checking out Asterwoods other products.

I’ve been using this serum for a couple of weeks so I can’t speak to its anti-aging effects but my skin gets very dry and tight as soon as this serum sinks in. I have to use a very thick moisturizer after this serum to replace the moisture. I should have been suspicious when the directions said you may need to use a moisturizer after using the serum. I’m going to discontinue this serum and am glad it wasn’t very expensive so I’m not out a lot of money.

If you have ever used Skin Deva’s formula of this, I think it’s the same. Smells exactly the same. I love that brand but decided to try this one just for the cost savings and subscription option. Highly recommend. Absorption only takes a minute and then I apply a moisturizer to lock in. Been using this type of formula for over 6 months and love the results.

I use this along with my moisturizer daily and my skin loves it. My face is now moisturized and looks soooo good. I’ve been getting compliments on my 56 year old skin and that feels so good to hear.
