These tests are quite bullet-proof and will definitely show if your teen is using a nicotine vape. Typically the test works if the person has vaped even within the past 4-5 days. The negative line will slowly appear and become darker as the cotinine leaves your system and has stopped vaping (usually within 5-7 days of stopping, depending on the amount of usage). Quick note though - if its vaping you're on the eye out for, you should get separate nicotine tests and the marijuana/pot tests. I don't do combined "all in one tests" as I want to know if it's a nicotine vape or a marijuana vape since both are easy access for teens to get. The test is pretty rapid with results and work with even a smaller amount of urine. I highly recommend.

This product works great. It is easy to use and is worth every penny. I had a teenager that was vaping. I kept threatening to test him and finally surprised him with a test. He tested positive for several days and finally got a negative test. Now that he knows he is being tested, he has stopped. I highly recommend this product.
