It’s the perfect amount of coverage without feeling or looking heavy. It has a skin like finish. Although it states it’s matte, it isn’t too mattifying where it accentuates fine lines and wrinkles. And it doesn’t break me out which is huge plus. I love it! Please Covergirl, keep this around forever. I will always be a customer of this product!

Excellent. Perfect product for me. I use the shade medium and it is perfect for my medium olive complexion. It covers a lot of redness that I have without being full coverage. My skin is oily and on the way to mature (44 yo) with lots of redness and some loss of elasticity and fine lines as well as hyperpigmentation. I've had a really hard time finding a product with good, natural looking coverage that is also matte. I really love this and hope they never discontinue. It's probably not good unless your skin is oily though.

Like you, I was searching for a less heavy foundation to wear every day–you know, something that still has minimal to light coverage but doesn't look too 'heavy baked.'Bolo of course recommend me to two products: (1) CG Smoothers and (2) CG Clean Matte BB Creams. So I bought both and compared, so you don't have to...Please note, I'm a 30 year old mom still suffering will occasional breakouts and uneven skintone. Nothing new, just life...I normally wear the following;- Revlon Colorstay foundation in 150, Buff,- Maybelline FitMe Powder in 110, Porcelain1) CG Smoothers- 805 Fair to LightThe consistency of this product is really smooth and light, more moisturising than tinting. Very light coverage, a little goes a long way, but also doesn't feel heavy on your face. I love that the color is true and doesnt oxydize. You definitely however need a setting powder to refresh every now and again. (4.5/5 stars)2)CG Clean Matte BB Creams.It's a very dense BB cream, it's similar consistency to sunscreen, heavy. It also has a very heavy sunscreen odor to it too. However it's medium coverage and very matte—keeping your face shine free all day.It's not very blendable, and you need a lot of product. Please note: this product does oxydize and gets darker. It's more medium toned than Fair and I do not recommend it for people with dry skin (3/5 stars)

I finally found my favorite fountain for my mature skin. Cover Girl has always (I've thought) been good quality/value makeup, I've loved it since I was in highschool.... forever ago lol. I've tried high end foundations and affordable foundations and after trying this little tube of BB cream, I'll stick with it. It covers well, not full coverage obviously as it's a BB cream, but the coverage is effective. It's not thick and cakey at all. It looks pretty on the skin and the match was pretty spot on. I didn't notice any dryness after wearing it for 8 hours WITH matte powder and setting spray. I am extremely impressed!
