I've tried many expensive brands of eye cream but they didn't perform like this. This eye cream gives me great moisture, is very easy to apply, goes on smoothly. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. Consistency is light, smooth. Pleasant scent. A very little goes a long way. Great quality and value for the money! I'm definitely sticking with it.

Great eye cream for the price. I recently bought an eye cream for more than double the price that made my under eyes feel irritated. I have sensitive skin and did not find this irritating at all. Goes on creamy and smooth. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was that it dries in very quickly so when I put concealer on it’s already dried in before I can use it to smooth the concealer.

E.L.F. Skin Holy Hydration lives up to that name. One of my favorite skincare products in my daily skincare routine.A little goes a long way. Hydrating and moisturizing. Absorbs quickly, not greasy, and there’s no pilling with other products. It plumps, leaves my eyes looking bright and well rested, and some decrease in my fine lines.My skin is important, and I have a multi step routine that works for me. Serums, moisturizers, eye creams, toners, cleansers don’t always need to break the bank to be effective. E.L.F. is proof of that. I have eczema and extremely sensitive skin. No reactions or irritation with this product.

I really like elf’s skin products. However this one didn’t quite hit the mark. Sure it moisturizes my eyes but I find that it pills rather than sinking into my skin (this is with only dipping in my pinky finger into the tub so it’s not a lot that I’m putting on my face). It is slightly sticky as well. The size is small but the price isn’t bad so I can’t take off too much for that. Again it’s not bad but I wish it was better.

As someone with super dry skin, used to "hydrating" products that barely hydrate, I can atest this product actually does hydrate and has improved the texture in my eyelids.
