I was recently prescribed to wear a ZIO XT heart monitoring device. it fell off on the second day of wearing it, as their adhesive just doesn’t work for me. I sweat a lot and while riding my elliptical machine it came off. I reapplied it several times, but it kept coming off. Normal surgical tape, even the waterproof brand, just wouldn’t work for more than 24 hours. And the device adhesive, nor the surgical tape, could stay on after showering, which I do twice a day as a plumber.I found this product on Bolo. I’m glad I did. It is extremely comfortable, and keeps the device on for several days. I can shower in it, and work up a real sweat, and the device will not come off. In fact, the tape has not failed me yet, I just replace it with a new tape every few days.I would highly recommend this product for anyone, trying to stick something to their body while being active, sweating, and showering.

Pros: it works!Cons: not at all waterproofI’m giving it 5 stars because it works. I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for 2+ years now. I have done everything I can think of to help it. Insoles, shoes, sleeping in a boot, other wraps and contraptions, ice, heat, stretches. You name it Ive done it. I’ve finally given up on trying to help it and quit looking for stuff for a year. Then, This tape randomly came across my FB and I decided to read the comments. I seen the raving reviews but was skeptical because every other thing I’ve purchased had just as good of reviews. I figured what’s another 15$ down the hole at this point.After the first initial taping it was miraculously better. I don’t know what sorcery this is but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! My pain is gone! I’ve had it a week and I haven’t stopped taping myself yet. I want to use it for a while in hopes it might correct the issue. The only downfall is that it is NOT waterproof or water resistant. I have to shower everyday, and the second I step in the shower it slides right off. That does make for easy peeling if you are ready for it to be off, because when it’s dry it sticks so well. It’s not great when you are wanting it on for a few days to not have to buy so much. I’ve done the prep- shaving, exfoliating, making sure the area is clean, even cleaned area with alcohol. Then once on I rub it real good. As long as I keep it’s dry It stays on perfectly fine for a few days. Some parts still stick okay when wet, but not enough to be able to salvage it and wear another day. I’ve tried wrapping my foot up to keep it dry but water still manages to get in and ultimately ruins the wrap. I won’t reduce the stars just for the fact it is the only thing on this planet to help so far. I don’t know how long I can afford to keep using 2-3 pieces a day though.

Works really well for support and pain relief. The tape stays on through workouts and showers if applied properly, and it feels durable. Easy to cut and apply, though make sure skin is clean and dry for best adhesion. Definitely helps with sore muscles and joints.

It's definitely a stronger, more supportive hold than the regular KT tape. It also sticks for way longer (if you try to take it off before it's ready to come off, you'll notice, trust me!). The only thing I dislike is that the edges fray easily. They actually come out of the box a little frayed already. So a little sloppy looking. Maybe I got a weird box? Overall good enough to order again though.

Great Support and Durability!I've been using KT Tape Pro Extreme for a few weeks now, and it's been a game changer. The adhesive is really strong and holds up even during intense workouts and showers. The pre-cut strips are super convenient and easy to apply. I especially like the "Titan Tan" color – it blends well with my skin. Perfect for muscle support and pain relief. Highly recommended for anyone active or recovering from injuries!

I do love the KT tape. I even got the pink polka dot to be trendy. Worked great on my knees. Followed the video in the directions. They go a little fast but kept rewinding.Now I need on my hand. I tried to move a heavy box and throbbing since Feb. 2022. Of course I should see a Dr. She did send me for an X-ray. Noted degenerative changes. Don’t know how since nothing to compare to. Need specialist now.So I followed directions and when I wash my hands. I only get the fingers on that hand. In an hour or so the tape starts coming up as seen in picture. The other side is fine. Maybe it’s because it is my dominant hand. Feels much better since using the tape. But changing strips once or twice a day. Maybe just should try taping the top only. But, not water resistant. Soaks in moisture and loosens tape. Still my favorite. Feels like wearing a brace. It’s amazing. Just have to order too soon and expensive.So, my stars above are only related to the hand. Tape excellent everywhere else.

More expensive than the regular or pro tape and about as adhesive if not less. The advertising states that it will last up to 4 days but it barely held on through a 6 mile bike ride and it came off easy in the shower. Not at all what I was expecting. I will say it dries much faster and having the skin colors is nice when I want the extra support wearing heels the day after a long run. Save your self some money and go buy the regular or the pro tape as it's cheaper for that same quality.KT tape has always been my go-to for plantar facietis pain, and the offer plenty of tutorials for a wide range of uses. They no longer ship the roles in a plastic container (I knew I should have kept one of those lol) so they tend to unravel easily but the strips tear easy and are great for backpacks and workout bags.
Good for boobs!
I bought this tape to use as boob tape to hold up my boobs and it worked great for the wedding I was at. It loses its stick each time you try to reapply or if part of the tape gets stuck to itself, but that’s how most tape works. I’d say it gives you about 1-2 reattempts to apply then it loses its adhesion. I have to believe that people who are saying that there’s no adhesion applied this wrong and kept trying to use a dead piece of tape. Just clean the area and peel off the backing as you’re applying and you’ll be good to go for hours.
捻挫中に日課の運動をする際に助かりました
たまにいつやったのかわからない捻挫をしてしまって、それでも日課の室内トレーニングをしたくて、本製品に助けられました。軽い捻挫だったのですが、室内トレーニング休むとパフォーマンスレベルを取り戻すのに時間がかかるため、どうしても休みたくなく、利用しました。身体に無理な動きを強いず自然な動きをサポートすべく、ネットで貼り方を見ながらやりました。ノリが強くて剥がすのに難儀しましたが、トレーニングで汗をかいても問題なく、結果的に大いに助けられました。あえて言うなら、剥がした後のノリが残るのが面倒くらいですかね。
Excellent product!
I use it to tape my knees when they feel a bit sore from too much exercise. Great adhesion and I can leave in situ for a week. I also use to tape my wrist when I play tennis.

llegué a probar otras que se despegaban facil despues de uno o dos dias pero este ni con la fricción de la ropa ni con el ejercicio todos los dias se despega, dura más de 5 dias facil , tampoco se despega al bañarse, lo unico a tomar en cuenta diria yo es que tarda un poco en secarse despues de bañarse pero nada molesto.el pegamento es fuerte y duradero si lo recomiendo. da soporte al area donde se coloca
