The combination does make sense for bone health, and the manufacturer appears to have been around for a while as well. I suppose it’d have been nice if the magnesium had been chelated as well, but it’s nothing to be concerned about.To me, the main distinguishing feature of this product is that it is certified specifically by NSF. I looked up the certification on the NSF website, and determined that this product was manufactured in Miami Lakes, FL. It doesn’t change too much, but it’s a plus.The dosages are a bit lower than I’d expected, but I gather that the point of this product is that the tablets are easier to swallow than competitors’ offerings that contain more calcium. Although I don’t have a problem swallowing pills, I know many people do, and if the smaller tablet size means that they can take extra calcium instead of nothing at all, that’s a benefit.At 1 tablet a day, this product is $40 for a year’s supply. Because of the lower dosages, I think 2, 3, or 4 tablets a day is a much more realistic dose than 1. However, $40 for a 3-month supply is still a good value. Recommended.

I got these Theralogix CalMag Thins Calcium & Magnesium Supplement - Bone Support Supplement for Women & Men - Contains 200 mg of Calcium and 50 mg of Magnesium - NSF Certified - 360 Tablets because I was advised by my physician to use calcium supplements.These tablets are virtually odorless and tasteless. Because of their petite size and coating, I found them very easy to swallow. They are only 3/4 of an inch long and 1/4 of an inch thick, so most consumers should be able to use them easily.They are a combination of calcium citrate and calcium carbonate, which I like, but one tablet only has 200 mg of calcium, so make sure you take enough tablets to satisfy your needs, but the manufacturer recommends not taking more than two at once.They are labeled as being suitable for vegans, but be advised that although they have magnesium, they have no vitamin D so make sure to add vitamin D to these pills for absorption. Consider this product if you need to increase your calcium supplements.

I take multivitamins with vit D, but the calcium in them is nominal, and I need more being in my 50's. I like that these supplements are only 2 ingredients. I'm not over dosing on other added vitamins and minerals that I'm already taking. Other green flags I look for are made in the US, vegan and made from an established, reputable brand. This has been around for the past 20 years. I din't have issues swallowing pills, so I cannot speak to that. I can say that I had no issues with taking them and they were very easy to add into my routine. A great deal for 360 pills!

So nearly a years supply, so there's that, but the dva is low, so they're a bit pricy for as low a dose as they are. These are not thin, not Tablets, but Caplets, the coating to make it easier to swallow breaks down if I can't swallow it in one go, and is not smooth enough for me, or anyone with SPD.I have been given this product and tested it for review. All opinions are mine.

I ordered this product for a supplement of calcium and magnesium to support my bone, mostly for magnesium. The dosage is labeled on the bottle, and that is very easy to adjust with food. The contents of calcium are 200mg, a pretty low dose, but I can get more from milk; but the magnesium is pretty high at 20mg. Because we eat different meals, and we have other supplies of these ions. I would take 1 or two tablet a day as needed. These tablets are especially thin and is easy to swallow.

Love Theralogix products. I originally found them through ovosital. These tablets are a good size, easy to swallow, and don’t have any bitter taste. I take them daily. The bottle is great size and I don’t think I’ll run out anytime soon.

I got these calcium supplements because my doctor advised me to take a calcium supplement.The label states that the serving size is one tablet. Each tablet provides 200 mg of calcium, which is 15% of the recommended daily value, and 50 mg of magnesium, which is 12% of the recommended daily value.These caplets are flavorless, odorless, and small, making them easy to swallow. They are also easy to digest.The expiration date on the bottle I received is 6/25, which is approximately 14 months from now.If you are looking for an easy to swallow calcium supplement, this is a good one to try, and I recommend it.
