I'm a 61yro woman, I help my friend who is in a wheelchair, any ways I bent over one day and broke a vertebre so I ordered this wheelchair ramp , it was easy to put together and easy to install except I had a little help putting on the ramp on my vehicle but my friend and I succeeded in doing so thank goodness now I can take my friend to do her shopping and what not, if it wasn't for Bolo I would't hav been able to get this ramp in a timely manner

Works great for me, nervous at first but it is strong and durable and transports my electric scooter everywhere without incidence. Great buy! Very happy!

This hitch works great with my husbands wheelchair, I have rheumatoid arthritis and I can lift and lower the gate with minimal problems. I tried to use it to transport my small power scooter but the incline on the gate was too steep on a flat surface so I am going to get a ramp extension so that I can do this as well. The hitch bottom is large enough and heavy enough to support a mobility scooter but the ramp is just a bit too short. It was very easy to put together but the instructions are very unclear. I recommend you look at the photos of the product before beginning assembly and assembly is a snap. Mine was missing one of 4 lock nuts for the liftgate pins but I just bought one locally for expediency. I recommend this product to anyone who needs to transport mobility aids.

Just what we needed to haul my husband's mobility scooter. I assembled it and installed it all by myself. Was heavier than I thought it would be, but I managed. The instructions where brief, but with the aid of the pictures they were fine. I would buy again.

This is not made out of strong metal. Left us stranded without my husband scooter while going on vacation. Had to have a family member meet us to pick up the scooter and the carrier. Had to take it to a welding shop to get it fixed and reinforced. I do not recommend.this product at all . The scooter and carrier was dragging going down the four lane it could have caused a really bad accident if it would have Brocken loose. The carrier was attached to the back fifth wheel camper.

It’s heavy , which might be a problem depending on how much you are handicapped might require an other person to install on your car . The fit is sloppy, requiring an anti rattle clamp, but the price was right the attachment for the tilt could have been stronger I feel, just adds to the sloppy fit . I liked the rest of it.

Here is what I messaged the seller "The spring loaded pin which holds the ramp in the stowed position is out of alignment by approximately 1/2". This defect prevents the ramp from locking in the stowed position so, when the entire rack is lifted to its horizontal stowed position, the ramp can damage my trucks tailgate. I have pictures if you need them. How do I get this repaired, replaced or compensated?" Waiting on 4eply.My feedback; the pictures show the hardware for those having trouble of what goes where. Notice the washer with yellow paint? That's my washer to keep spring clip from wearing too quickly. I'll pick up the correct size washer tomorrow. I assembled most of it laying it upside down on driveway. Then put it on the hitch & installed the spring loaded locking pins & hardware. It's very heavy & large so plan to have help putting it on & off hitch. I'm gonna build a rolling support jackable lift. Mine is 17 1/2" from ground. The bolt & nut in the center hitch is to adjust it level with scooter on it. That's why the square tubing has a double wall there. Be prepared to have to wiggle it to get the pin through the holes which hold it in the up or down position. The wiggling is tough by yourself so ask a friend to wiggle it for you while you Insert the pin.Conclusion: It is good quality for the price. Works fine. Shipping was quick. Make sure you practice preventive maintenance to stop future rust as things wear. Overall, nice rack.
