I had a different photo frame that was impossible to use because there were so many steps in posting pictures, and there were so many steps for others to post pictures. I was not happy at all. But my daughter got the skylight and it’s so easy to send pictures to it and when I saw this one was on sale I was so excited! I ordered it right away! I have given my skylight email address to some friends and relatives and it’s so fun to see new pictures popping up on my frame. And the nice thing is you have control whether you keep the picture or not… You can delete a photo you’re not liking.Two more of my friends have also ordered one after I was so elated and excited over mine.The pictures are displayed beautifully and the timeframe is adjustable if I want the pictures to show for a longer period of time. It’s just the right size. The touch screen works slick also. It is definitely a high-quality product, and a high-quality system. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This frame is one of the greatest of gifts. The simplicity of setting up an email address for the device to receive photos allows you to supply friends and family with a SIMPLE and quick photo send. I have now bought several. Do not buy a cheaper copy, as they require use of an app, which becomes a difficult sell for friends or family in terms of their ease of transmitting.

Edit: Customer service reached out to me and addressed my concerns. Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with.I love this thing so much, however I was super disappointed that I can’t add video unless I pay even more money, when this thing isn’t cheap to begin with and their are other options for a lot cheaper. And it’s not even a one time payment. It’s monthly or yearly. Other than that I’m happy with it.

I bought 2 of these so far! It holds and unbelievers amount of photos and I love how multiple people can access the app and upload what they want! The photos come out so clear also! The app is wicked easy to use and photos upload in seconds. Looks great on a wall or even just on a shelf. It's the ultimate gift for grandparents!

This is a great photo frame. It is so easy to add photos. I opted for the Skylight Plus for $39. per year - so I could add captions and display short videos. My husband loves this! His memory isn’t very good - so having the captions makes it easier for him to remember. I’ve gone through my phone and probably have sent 1000 pictures so far to the frame. It’s constantly entertaining to the both of us. My iPhone composes those “Memory Videos” and I love sending them to the app as well. I got the 10” in white and just as soon as a 15” in white is available - I’m getting that one. I like it so much that I got one for both of my daughters. The one improvement I would like to see is the ability to rearrange the photos after you have sent them to the app. I would love to “tell a story” by having photos in a natural progression.All in all, love this frame.

This was a gift for my parents and they love it. the screen is huge and has a wonderful display and is easy to upload pics with through the app or email. they have told me so many times how much they love it and love seeing family pics. it was a good decision for a sentimental gift.

Won't work.
After charging for several hours and downloading the app, the frame shows the word Skylight then goes blank. I have asked for a refund. Very disappointed.

Se lo regalamos de Navidad a mi papá y nos encantó porque es muy fácil que todos le mandemos fotos. El app te recuerda cada cierto tiempo y te avisa cuando otros mandan fotos. Entonces le están llegando constantemente fotos de sus hijos y sus nietos. Mi mamá ya quiere el suyo!
Excellent customer service after an issue with frame
Updated to five stars after excellent customer service. This was my original review for which I have 1 star: “Bought this as a gift for new parents. Worked great at first but about 2 months ago the screen stopped working suddenly. No drops or falls or anything like that just stopped working”As soon as the seller saw my review they offered a full refund. By this time we had figured out that it was the usb power source we got with the frame that broke and not the frame itself so I said I’d be happy if they just sent a new usb brick. The company still gave me a full refund and are sending me a new frame and a new power source for the old frame. They were very timely in responses and really wanted to help solve my problem. I’m very very impressed with their customer service.

I ordered the skylight in the morning ,received it later the same day !! Brilliant !!...bought it for my elderly mums birthday, the set up instruction are clear & easy to follow , the size is great ,I bought 10 inch , it's very sturdy & sleek ...lots of useful features on setting.....my mum absolutely loves this, she can't wait to get up & open the photos sent , really good when any of friends or family are away ...we can just send the photos , I sometimes edit the photo with a message before sending....in fact my mum watches her frame instead of the tv !! ...brilliant idea , great quality & customer service ,extremely happy 😊
