I was practically addicted to the Zone chocolate chip cookie dough bars, so I was devastated when they discontinued the Zone bars. This is the best of the rest that I have found. A lot of it is texture (the Zone bars were softer, and this one is softer than others I have tried), and the taste is good. It's not as good as the Zone, but better than not having anything for breakfast

This is my 3rd shipment of the One bars.My 1st delivery they were so good, nice and fresh.My second delivery they were almost too hard to bite into. I called customer service and they were wonderful. They told me they would send me another shipment which I received a couple of days ago. When they arrived in the box they put ice packs in there. When I opened the box there was nothing frozen to protect the product. I had one this morning and they weren’t as stale as the others but still didn’t taste fresh. I am really disappointed with this. The packaging should be a lot better than what it is so they come to my door fresh.

I have had to take Insulin and carefully watch how much sugar, carbs & protein I eat during the day, especially at breakfast which is a meal I have never wanted to eat! I found these Excellent ONE Protein Bars which provide 20 Grams of Protein!! & only ONE gram of Sugar!! Perfect for Breakfast bc most flavors are Gluten Free, taste great, aren't gritty, heavy condensed bars that sit in your stomach after you eat them like a lump of gruel & take forever to digest. My hub & I loved the Peanut Butter Cup Flavor ones the best UNTIL the Company changed them earlier this year to make them NEW & IMPROVED... The pieces in the bar are larger and grittier; it seems to have lost the peanut butter & chocolate taste. So I've ordered instead the Lemon Cake (wish they were more Lemon Bars= more Lemony) & Cinnamon Rolls & Blueberry !! These are great tasting. A Strawberry Shortcake or Strawberry Crumbcake would be a Great Addition!!
