The price is fair, especially for a grass-fed product, and it is high-quality and clean-- no additives, flavors, sweeteners, or emulsifiers in the Plain version. I use this daily in protein shakes of all sorts (pre-workout, meal replacement, recovery, pre-sleep) and having something without fake flavoring or sweeteners gives me all sorts of flexibility to make things work for my tastes and purposes. We also use this to bake with, as it is very neutral in flavor and works well in healthier bars, brownies, etc. It smells clean and fresh, like a milk protein should, and does not have added sugar. Calories are in line with other non-flavored whey powders. Be aware that because this whey has no added ingredients and does not use emulsifiers or lecithins, it does require a blender bottle or mixer to blend fast. If you don't use a blender bottle or mixer, you can put it in the water/ liquid, give it a stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and it will be easier to mix in.But that's a very small issue, especially considering how well this protein powder works and how clean it is. If you like the fancier flavors like Belgian Chocolate or Birthday Cake, then this is not the product for you (unless of course you are blending your own flavors :-D). But if you want something clean, pure, high quality, and fairly priced-- this is the one.

I mix this with either Greek yogurt or coconut milk, plus fruit, stevia and ground flaxseed. It mixes just fine and tastes great. It also dissolves in milk very easily in a shaker bottle.I had been looking for an additive-free, grass-fed protein powder for a while due to concerns about emulsifiers and gut health. This is the one. I honestly don't understand why most protein powders have emulsifiers if pure whey dissolves this easily.If you're looking for a healthy alternative to the flavored, additive-laden stuff, get this.

Tastes great because for once I can't tell what it tastes like. Protein powder manufacturers try too hard to make whey taste good, when all you have to do is do nothing to the taste and it tastes just fine. Added a scoop to some milk and I couldn't taste much difference, which is great!Speaking of scoop, I was a little disappointed that there is no scoop included in the bag. Kinda ironic because the serving size is supposed to be "1 scoop" but theres no way to tell how big the scoop is supposed to be unless you use a kitchen scale to weigh it, which is exactly what I did.Clumps up if added to a glass, so I'd definitely recommend a shaker cup or a a blender. But thats all protein as far as I've tried. Also tends to froth, which is also normal and doesn't bother me.

The product is fantastic. I use the whey every day and it blends smoothly and tastes great in my smoothies. The huge problem is that the package does not fully reseal and so I have to put 5 clips along the top to even seal it. That gets tiresome. I assume many other buyers will not want to go through taking off 5 clips and putting them on again every day use.... So I assume the product will fail so I bought a lot now so I have a stock. Too bad that a simple packaging problem could well sink an excellent product.

Good quality protein. Blends well in a smoothie. Great value. I mix a scoop with a flavored protein, or in a fruit smoothie. Not undrinkable on it's own but it's unsweetened and unflavored. The smell took getting used to. Overall, I recommend. Purchased this multiple times.

I was looking for protein powder as a supplement to my daily food intake or as a meal replacement. My son recommended this; but he forgot to tell me he added a little vanilla and maple syrup to sweeten. So my first shake was with just fruit and I was not sure this was going to be for me. After I got the add ins information, I was sold. 1 cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup, a dash of vanilla and a tablespoonish of peanut butter, with the protein mix and it’s like a liquid PB&J sandwich. I have also added cocoa powder with the vanilla with syrup to make a chocolate shake, as that is the only down side to this product; it only comes in a non flavored option. Will continue to buy.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this whey! I've tried a lot of different brands of whey protein powders over the past 25 years. Anywhere from brands you can get at the big box stores, to specialty brands you could only get at health food stores and even a few subscription based ones only gym bros knew about. Seriously, if you name it, I've probably tried it.I haven't used whey protein shakes as part of my diet for the past couple years. I just kind of got away from them. But after a visit with a functional health professional, I was in the market looking for a whey protein powder to supplement my diet as I need more protein in my diet but can't eat anymore meat than I already do.I appreciate that this whey is JUST whey. No lecithin. No synthetic sugar substitutes. No "natural flavors". No hidden additives, just whey.This whey protein was easy to use in my shake, digested well with zero effects. No stomach upset. It has NO taste. I appreciate I was able to buy a smaller bag in case I didn't like it.For me, I haven't noticed excessive foaming like some reviewers mentioned. I mixed mine in whole raw milk though. I'm not sure if maybe the others experiencing lots of foam were using water or a nut milk?The other thing I noticed is, it doesn't mix well by hand in cold or hot . Not a deal breaker for me as I usually always use my blender. But I did try to add it to my hot coffee like a powdered creamer and it didn't work.My favorite recipe I've been making with this whey is:10 oz whole (raw) milk25g grass fed whey1 TBS Cacao powder1/2 TBS King Arthur malted milk (cleanest brand I can find)Combine with blender, poor over ice, enjoyThank you to Raw Grass Fed Whey for making a pure whey product for a reasonable price!

Good taste just like milk without the smell
