He loves it because one he likes the taste and the flavor for this particular one. It has caffeine to help boost his drive when he is cycling 365 days a year. Easy to mix, great effectiveness especially when he does Ragbrai and other sporting events. Just wish it didn't cost so much but it works for him.

I’ve been using the Nuun Sport + Caffeine Electrolyte Tablets for a while now and I’m really impressed. The Wild Berry flavor is delicious without being too overpowering, and it’s super easy to dissolve in water. With 5 essential electrolytes, it does a great job of keeping me hydrated, especially during workouts or hot days. The added caffeine is a nice bonus to help boost my energy without being too much, and I love that there’s only 1g of sugar per serving. It’s vegan, non-GMO, and the convenience of having 8 packs (80 total servings) is a major plus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for hydration and energy without the sugary, artificial taste.

Nuun Sport + Caffeine is the best hydration product I've ever used to insure no muscle cramping after a day of hard riding or just riding in extreme heat. Easy to use - just drop in a glass of cold water and it fizzes and mixes like Alka-Seltzer. I think the caffeine makes it act more quickly. Taste is a personal thing - but I love the Cherry Limeade. The only problem I had was that Bolo chose to just wrap the box of 8 tubes in a T-shirt I also ordered (without a separate protective corrugated box) in a flimsy envelope, and 6 out of the 8 tubes cracked and caused tablet breakage. No big deal, just a little messy.
