My face doesn’t feel right without these serums. I can feel my face tightening up after using the retinol and the vitamin c is just a reminder for my skin to glow throughout the day. I love love love especially the retinol i use it under my eyes as well before I apply makeup it helps hydrate my eyes. Both products are lightweight no smell and not sticky. Good price compared to other brands

A staple in everyone’s face and skincare routine. I put this on twice a day and although I don’t record any differences, I do get a lot of compliments on my skin. I keep this in rotation. 4th purchase

I have used this vitamin-c serum PLENTY of times before and my skin has never had issues and it definitely helped brighten my skin. So, no issues at all with that product. The retinol....I broke out the day after one use. I read retinol can help with acne and scars along with aging so I wanted to give it a try. So when I broke out I was really confused. I thought maybe it was my skin purging so I gave it three more days and my acne got worse and worse. Then I looked at the ingredients and I saw witch hazel.. I know some swear by it by my skin HATES it I break out like crazy with it. So I stopped using it and within 2 days my acne went down and I was fine. So, if you like witch hazel go for it, but if you know your skin then try at your own risk.

I have been buying products from « art natural » for several consecutive years . My last purchase of vitamin c serum is water like and after contacting their customer service ( explaining the issues along with pics to show the inadequate consistency of the serum ) the representative agreed that is was a bad batch/ not the normal product . I had read that they offer a « 100% money back guarantee « but the representative told me to contact Bolo for the issue as they are the one who sent the serum .I was expecting an easy issue resolving type of deal ( that art natural would send me a replacement right away) but instead after messaging back and forth with them, they just differed me back to Bolo, which I had initially contacted and who provided me the link to reach art natural.I will not be buying from art natural anymore.. they lost me as a long time customer over a defective product that could/ should have been replace without questions!

The Retinol was fine. However the Vitamin C was very watery, not like a serum at all. I have bought it before and it was fine. This bottle was just like water.
