This is a really lovely color and matched great for a Carmen Sandiego cosplay. I was able to wear it indoors at a convention for hours without issue. Its light weight, comfortable and a great length.

I ordered this even after reading the negative reviews, and very glad I did. I ordered the color 'beige'; which does not do it justice. This is a gorgeous satiny light gold. I am using this scarf in multiple ways with sweater layering. This is lightweight but heavy enough to add warmth around the neck in 'cooler' temperatures, or as a lightweight wrap. Multiple says to wrap, tie and shape it.Regarding the negative reviews: I believe that may be partly due to the product description including the word "winter". This is not the kind of scarf you will wear with a winter coat and expect it to be warm, like cashmere etc. It may be helpful to take that word out of the phrasing.I measured my scarf against my height; this appears to be closer to 5 feet in length, plus the fringe. I mention it because some purchasers expressed disappointment with the length. It may be helpful for the copy on this product to be updated.Regarding the texture; this is an inexpensive scarf; for the price point, I find it to be very satin smooth textured and relatively soft; again, it isn't cashmere folksI will be purchasing additional colors.

I love scarfs, i do however, prefer functioning scarfs, I'm from new England, it gets cold here and snow fall is significant! I buy scarfs to wrap up for warmth. I look for, quality made products, warmth, thickness, stitch quality, and size. I like to wrap up my head, ears and face, so this is a good size, long, and wide. However this is more for chilly spring or fall. It is long, and wide, but its quite thin. The cold maine air blew right through this. It looks nice, feels lovely. For looks alone, 5 star, but it isn't for keeping warm.

Ok just now getting to this review , I was looking for something pink to wear for the month of October, abd since our church is very cold I figured a wrap would do as I would have something to wear all monthI love the fact it is big the color is the perfect pink , it does keep me warm at church it is super soft but the quality of the fabric i don't know if you can see from the picture when I opened it up it did come packed very nice but there is a lot of like pulling or it looks like its ripped all over the wrap the only reason I didn't return is i loved the color , but when I did wear it I am making sure it doesn't catch on anything and they are very noticeable

The colour described was "hot pink" but unfortunately it was more crimson.Will give my scarf to a friend and this experience has made me very wary about the colours shown and what you may actually get. Disappointed.
