I love this brand! It is a quality brand that works great. Ashwaghanda is great to promote adrenal gland function. It is also an adaptogen iv herb that promotes energy and sleep. No one should be living without this stuff!

If you have pre-menopausal issues, this is a great help. Regulates my hormones very well and is helping in anemia recovery due to very heavy menstrual cycles, due to nearing menopause. Brings things back to normal with just one a day.

If you suffer from Adrenal Insufficiency as I do and have tried everything else on the market - you may want to try this. I've been taking Ashwagandha Supreme for a little over a week and have noticed a difference with regard to fatigue. I'll try and update in a month to see if it's still working. So far, so goo.
