I snack on these by themselves. I bought them for supplemental nutrition not knowing I would like them as much as I do. Flavor and texture is great. It's like eating cashews or peanuts but they don't get stuck in your teeth as much, and the aftertaste is so much better. I order like four of them at a time, that's how good they are. Someone in my household took the last pack for themselves so I'm here ordering more.

These are just OK pumpkin seeds. While the salt level is perfect, they are a bit over-roasted. There were also a lot of broken pieces in the bag, with a good amount of "dust" (very fine broken pieces) at the bottom of the bag.The flavor was also just OK -- due to the over roasting they had little fresh flavor to them compared with other brands I've had, and there is an oily taste due to the addition of sunflower oil.I'll finish the bag, but don't think I would get these again. 3 stars (average)
