Fireplace is beautiful. However, the stand it comes with for tabletop is cheap and willNot go together. Screws won’t even fit. So I now have to hang it on the wall. But the u it itself is very nice.

Love this fireplace. We hung it on the wall of the master bedroom and it transformed the look and feel of our room. All of the color options are beautiful. It does come with the stand and wall mount and includes all of the necessary hardware. We didn't buy it for the heat but it does generate quite a bit if that's what you're looking for.

The "fireplace" gives off pretty good heat; you have to get used to the simulated "fire." I was happy with this thing after I figured out how to take glass off and get all the Styrofoam pieces out of it. I've had it about a month now and there is one light flickering on and off in the glowing "wood" part in front - it's driving me crazy and have no idea if it can be fixed. I snagged this item for under $150 - if I had paid any more for it, I probably would be sending it back.

All parts were there and it was easy to put together with just a Phillips screwdriver. Remote needed 2 AAA batteries. It started and worked just like it was supposed to. Buyers have to realize it's just a heater with a light show. The only consideration is it is pretty heavy to unbox and handle at 45 lbs. I'm pretty mechanical so i leveraged it and mounted on the included stand. I may use the wall mount bar to hang it on the front of the fireplace instead of using the stand.

The media could not be loaded. Paid $60 extra for the stand. I don't think it's safe to put a heater on a wall. Then there's the pieces of styrofoam inside the glass that theres no way to remove. Don't know if they will catch on fire from the heat. Can't try it out to see cause no batteries came with remote. No way to send it back cause I had to cut box open. I'm older and less than 5 ft tall, couldn't lift out of the box. This is a bad purchase for me. I'll be calling credit card co tomorrow. Bolo shouldn't be selling big items like this if they can't work out the problem with shoddy sellers

Went well with my theme and I didn't have to cut my wall open to do a recess one which is a plus, to me its no different than having a TV mount which is great since I just finished renovating and did not want to cut into walls. Fast, Fast, Fast shipping to is a plus.

Bought this product several months ago for a Travel Trailer. It works well and provides good heat for the 370 square feet I have to heat while camping. The install was very easy and so far have had zero problems.
