It was very helpful to have these to roll out feet. Can be painful, but the massaging ability was very welcomed. I bring one with me and will roll out my feet throughout the day if needed. Does what it is intended to do.

These were recommended by my PT. They’re a great substitute for a foam roller when traveling and also great for massaging difficult to reach spots. The set also has an accompanying app, which is high quality and was an unexpected bonus.

These balls are great sizes for applying pressure to muscle attachments and insertions and on tsubo points.They are all three really hard. I would have liked one to be quite a bit softer for working with deep seated problems in a more gentle way. Now I have to look for one somewhere else. But overall good value.

Love the selection in sizes! I do massage therapy and therapeutic exercise training and these are perfect! They are solid and seem like they will last a long time! They really help relieve the pain associated with standing all day and are easy to carry! Highly effective!

Beste kleine Bälle, die es gibt!
Ich gebe selten eine Bewertung ab, möchte hier aber mal eine Ausnahme machen, da mir der Artikel sehr gut gefällt. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Ball, der weniger als die üblichen 6,5 cm bzw. 8 cm Durchmesser hat, da ich diesen insbesondere für die Fußsohlen haben wollte. Es gibt keine solchen Bälle (oder Flummis, die als Alternative angeregt wurden. Da Flummis heutzutage aus 2 Hälften zusammengesetzt sind und in der Mitte noch ein Bildchen haben, fallen solche Bälle schnellstens auseinander, wenn man sich drauf stellt), mit Ausnahme dieser 2 Bälle, die offensichtlich aus Vollgummi bestehen.Obwohl ich nur einen Ball benötigte, musste ich 2 kaufen, da diese nur im Zweierpack angeboten wurden - was sich als Glücksfall erwies. Der große grüne (5,5 cm) ist etwas weicher und bestens geeignet, die Fußsohlen längs und quer durchzurollen, ohne, dass der Ball wegrutscht, vor allem auch am Anfang, wenn man sehr empfindlich ist. Für die Bearbeitung / Ausrollen einzelner Punkte ist dann der kleinere blaue (4 cm) und auch härtere Ball bestens geeignet.Anzumerken ist, dass es nur eine englische Kurzanleitung gibt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte jeder, der Faszientraining in Angriff nimmt, sich etwas intensiver damit befassen, so dass eine Anleitung überflüssig wird. Dies insbesondere, wenn es sich um bestimmte Probleme oder Körperpartien handelt. Hier kann ich das Buch von Klaas Stechmann / Faszien selbst behandeln nur empfehlen.Fazit: wer kleine Bälle sucht, ist hiermit bestens bedient.

Great product, well designed. Different balls are great for self massage, releasing muscle tension pain relief (the small one is great for arthritic hands & jaw tension)
