It actually holds thick hair which is hard to find. It’s a little more expensive but so worth it. It’s not greasy and drys nicely.

I just started using this brand of hair products. A little on the expensive side but I can see even with what little came in the can I got what I paid for and looks like going higher you will still get good results.Plus it is made and owned by guys who know and work hair. Been wanting to find a product that can give an authentic greaser look and feel and was not harsh or difficult in working into a style. Being water based with a high hold and shine this is an improvement over the pink can which was my first go to but the wax base was tough and felt like I was tearing my hair out working it into my scalp. Still did the job but this one does it better. Being water based it can be reactivated to fix any mess ups easy and washes out a lot easier. This will be my go to for now on. I will say I don't care mush for the smell as it is a little over powering but is tolerable. Would prefer a neutral based scent, but still this delivered. Rock on!

So why is this my favorite? I’ve used so many different types of pomade over the years. This is one of the few that has remained the same over the last decade. I first purchased this stuff back in 2015, and I loved it. The problem was that my grooming supply store went out of business, and I just went to using other stuff out of “convenience.” The problem was every time I’d wash my hair out with other products, it just felt l as if there was plastic binding to my hair. I really don’t know how to explain it. But with this stuff, my hair is soft and feels clean after using it. Exactly the same as it did almost 10 years ago when I first started using this pomade. The hold is good, washes out super already, has a nostalgic scent for me, and is easy to work with throughout the day while I’m at work. Kudos to maintaining quality over the years and not selling out like other brands have!

Love the hold, love the lookNo flakes or issues for me on that endI do however have a sensitivity to aromas andThis is one that imparticularly sensitive toI still use it 😂But it might give me a headache later on.Again I don't use fabric softeners or scented candles, or even cleaning products with scents cause of that reason.Anyone know which other produ t would offer the same hold but no scent?

First off, this is a great product. It holds my hair in place all day and is easy to style. I would give it 5 stars however, the scent is very over powering and it lingers for hours. It honestly stings my eyes. If you don't mind the scent, this is a 5 star product.

I had thought I had already wrote a review on this so to pop up for getting me but it's worth it for over 40 years I've been trying to get my hair to do what I wanted it to do but after trying all manner of things that my girlfriend said suggested I just never gotten it to do anywhere near what I wanted it to do it had a mind of its own and then I found this stuff of course on Bolo and at a good price and I'd heard of bomb made before but I didn't know how to use it or what it did or and there were very little instructions that would be my only complaint to the manufacturer for those of us who have never used it before a little bit of instruction would have been helpful I found after towel drying my hair I use a very small amount of the hair gel that I used to use which was Boogie's from Dollar shaver Club which is the best hair gel I found so far and I just a small amount maybe 10% of what I used to use and you put that in your hair then you I actually I'm using wooden Combs if you can believe that I already wrote a review on Oso but I don't understand how wouldn't come to make a difference but they do and I call my hair I don't even blow dry it and then I used to make it do whatever I wanted to do I just put a little bit in my hand and warm it up and then put it in my hair where it's being unruly and always going all the way to the roots and and going up and all of a sudden it'll lay down this may sound very strange but my entire life I've never been able to touch my hair if I did I'd mess it up but now I can actually no in touch it but rub my hands through it and then just kind of like Pat it down and it doesn't lose its shape and I'm talking all day long this stuff is incredible my highly suggest did you give it a try now there are many different varieties and if you go to there to this one it'll show you the others maybe you don't want shine or you don't want that much older don't need that much hold there's one for everybody and I'll tell you if you have unruly hair you got to give this a try

Terrible for moustache styling
First of all, it came cristalized (looking as if it had mold all over). After a day at room temperature, it liquified, but it looked like it had (moon) craters.I bought the gel for styling my long mustache but it is definitely not strong enough to keep them as I wanted.Nevertheless, the biggest issue with this pomade is its strong smell and taste. While eating or drinking, it came into contact with my food/drinks (it was on my mustache) and the taste (although it was probably quite a minuscule amount) was terrible. It stayed in my mouth for a whole day. Later on, I found that you should not ingest the product, which is impossible when applied to the mustache, so good luck if you want to eat, drink, or sweat during the day.
Reuzel Blue is a Great Pomade
This product is great. Holds all day. Does not feel heavy during the day. The scent is a matter of preference, but I dig the scent. A light vanilla. I find the pomade applies to hair easier if my hair is a little damp, otherwise it's a little sticky. Just getting my hands wet over the sink and rubbing my wet hands through my hair a couple of times does the trick. Best of all, it rinses out very easily in the shower and does not leave my hair feeling dry. I do recommend this product.My only complaint is, as others have said, the can arrived with some dents in it. Fortunately for me my dents were not in places that would prevent the lid from closing tightly, but if it were I would have returned it. I got the large size so it will last a while and I wouldn't want to risk it drying out from a poor seal. Too bad Bolo hasn't found better packaging for storage or shipping or for wherever these dents are occurring.

Product offers good hold. For a water based not the easiest to remove from hair. Their is no scent to this product which is a huge disappointment. Looks like container was used as a hockey puck through Bolo warehouse.
