Has a good taste, doesn't burn like regular Listerine or anything. Helps your breath smell better, the price here for this bottle is as good as I have seen. As long as you get the order right so use this last after brushing and not drinking anything for a while it helps your teeth a lot. I know this is anecdotal but, I started this and went from multiple cavities every 6 months to none for 5 years so I think it's effective.

I like this mouthwash. It tastes fine and doesn't have the alcohol burn. Don't know if it works well. I haven't had a filling in a while, so maybe it does.

My dentist recommended Act Total Care Alcohol Free mouthwash many years ago & I have been using it faithfully. It helps reduce plaque & tartar build up, has improved the condition of my gums & does not burn the inside of my mouth like most mouthwashes.
