My favorite mustard style is grainy....I like when I can taste the softened seeds...I also follow a gluten free dietand not only is this gluten free, all of the ingredients listed on the label are organic...It's also low in sodium andthat works for my low sodium diet restrictions.... I've tried Koop brand and liked it...however I can only buy Koop on Bolo right now in multiple bottles, so I was looking for a substitute. I didn't want multiple bottles, Iwanted one.We're just two people in our house and organic mustard starts getting weird in the 'fridge if I keep it too long...I was reading reviews and Organicville stone ground mustard had high ratings, it so I bought it to see if I agreed....Yes, it's just as good as what I was using, and maybe it's tastier.........I was able to buy one bottleof Organicville to try it...and I wasn't disappointed. This is now my #1 favorite stone ground mustard! And when this bottle is gone, I will definitely buy this brand again.

On the mild side. I was looking for a sharp mustard for cookouts. I ended up using this as baking paste for chicken, and mixed with lemon that did a good job. It is a versatile product. I have used it with oils for salad dressing as well.

So we were doing Whole30 when we bought this and have continued to live fairly close to the whole30 life now and so we try to steer clear of sugar and soy and such. This mustard has been a goto for us when making chicken dishes as well as when we do roast beef roll ups. We will purchase again. Highly recommend it!

A little story. I bought this mustard and enjoyed it as a topping on my garbanzo beans and in a simple oil free balsamic vinegar dressing. Quick pause for the recipe:In a small bowl, cover the bottom with a thin layer of this mustard.Cover mustard with aged balsamic vinegar.Add nutritional yeast or salt if you like.Enjoy.So, then I was ordering food from a local grocery store and I saw that they had a similar store brand. I bought it. It was almost totally unpalatable. Couldn't figure out why such a big difference. Looked at ingredients. The store brand went the cheap route and used citric acid for who knows what reason (to make it bitter?). Back to this wonderful mustard for me.Recommended.
