Biosil collagen supplement works for strengthening nails and supporting skin tone.It’s not the fountain of youth but I don’t get those dark bruises and my skin seems slightly more elastic. People say my hair looks healthy and shiny so there’s also that benefit. They don’t grunge out my stomach and I only take two daily. The first thing you notice is stronger nails, after months of taking it you’ll notice your skin is less fragile.

I’ve been purchasing this product for years and I’m very satisfied with it. I like the pills better than powders and I like that it’s only two pills per day. It is pricey but I feel that you get the value you pay for it.

I've been struggling with hair loss for years now, and read really good reviews for this. I've now been taking it for around 7 months, and I have experienced faster hair and nail growth, and stronger nails. However, it has not helped me at all with hair density/thickness. If anything, I've lost even more hair, though not due to this, just due to the nature of hair loss. For me, my hair and nails already grow fast, so it was not beneficial for me to have the effects of this. But I'm happy I gave it a try. It's affordable and didn't bother my stomach at all. I'll probably stop taking it when I run out of this last bottle.

I am not sure if it works
My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
