I absolutely love this honey and use it religiously. When the price is too high I am forced to try other honeys and although good honeys. they not only prove to be one time buys but also reinforce my belief that YS Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey is the absolute best honey out there. It's flavor compliments wherever you use it and it's not a sickly sweet but rather a rich sweetness that seems perfect in every single use I put it to. I believe in it and am so impressed by both the honey and the company, that I give it as gifts all the time!I have only one problem with it. So far it's not a big enough problem to remove a star but it's trying. The honey has always changed prices at different times of the month but still remaining at its very reasonable price of under $20 for 3 pounds of honey. I've been getting this honey way over a year and so has my sister but now the pricing fluctuation is and longer. My sister even quit buying it. In the last two months the honey hit $27 and$28. And the price tags that lasted far longer than a day or two.I'd say the usual price is $19 something. I have seen it for$18 but not for long and not many times. Now I've been waiting weeks to buy my honey that I usually buy twice a month. Even now the price is only down to $22 and change. Even the great buy offered of 2 three lb. containers has increased in a month by $15+! I may have to look elsewhere-and I hate to. My family and many of my friends buy this too but such a fluctuation isn't necessary and impossible when you are trying to live on a fixed budget that requires detailed planning.For now, I am very highly recommending this honey. I love this stuff. Tastes awesome, lasts indefinitely, as little processing as is feasible. And the price is unbeatable.If you don't know, this stuff is thick like putty, almost solid. Don't expect anything else. It's normal for what it is. Nothing is wrong, the comments are boggling.You can't really spread this on wonderbread. You can however spread it on good bread and especially when it's toasted. But it's best to just grab a chunk with your spoon and stick the spoon in your tea while it steeps. By the time it's done steeping, the honey has dissolved. If you must have it more fluid-like, you can heat it up (put it in something like a ramekin, put that into a bowl of really hot water). But for that I just get runny honey, which I rarely use, except to add to some Greek Yogurt sometimes.Anyway, this stuff is great.UPDATE 2023 - honey went up in price in general. I went and tried a bunch of other brands. I was disappointed at every step and am now going back to this. The flavor is unparalleled, the thickness is just more convenient (on everything except greek yogurt - you gotta go with either runny or you need to heat this up). I should have never strayed.

THIS IS THE BEST RAW HONEY!!!! I LOVE IT! It came in a 3 pound jar - it is true raw honey, solidified at room temperature, and with a whitish film on top/around jar - something to take note of that you Want when buying true raw honey. I use a big spoon of this in my oatmeal every morning along with some bee pollen granules. I love this honey in my tea, I love it whenever I can have it! Honey is so healthy for you (not the filtered pasteurized type you find at your grocery store that is brown liquid in little plastic bears - 75 percent of the honey on American supermarket shelves may be ultra-processed, pass on that) - make sure to only use raw, unfiltered, and 100% pure honey, from a trusted source. It has enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. It promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in your intestinal tract - its good for your skin - it helps with occasional sleeplessness - it promotes heart health by reducing homocysteine levels - it tames allergies- it can help fight viruses, such as herpes, and bacteria, and those present in chronic sinusitis - it helps sooth a cough - it helps prevent tooth decay.I only use Raw Honey and Manuka Honey (amazing stuff but very pricey, so I only use that one when I am sick and need to recover from something).
