I am allergic to most shampoos so this produce is great. It's a must for me. Not only does it effectively stop the scalp itch, but it feels cooling. It's expensive, but I need it.

I use this product for excema itch. Does a good job. Price for multiple pack was economical. My complaint was in the packing. The multiple bottles inside their boxes were jostled around so much in the loose master package that they leaked the liquid product quite a bit.

I have purchased this product 7 time over the years. The 6th time I lost a bottle and a half leaking through loose caps. I thought it was just mistake so I ordered again. I lost 2 1/2 bottles because of loose caps. They lost a loyal customer. Listen to the complaints; and don't buy from them again. They might start reading the complaints and check their shipments.

I bought 2 six-packs of Scalpicin despite reading all these reviews about leakage. There were no signs of leakage on the outer shipping box. There were no dents on the outer shipping box, so I was very hopeful that my set would arrive trouble-free.Each 6-pack was carefully wrapped in a plastic bag by the seller to prevent the bottles from leaking out of the bag. Unfortunately, the boxes inside the plastic bag were soaked with Scalpicin, many practically broke as I removed them from the bag. The bottles were delivered lying on its side, not standing up, and one pack had the bottles stacked head to tail, so even if it was delivered upright, half would always be facing down.All of the caps were inadequately tightened by the manufacturer. It didn't take much effort for me to unscrew the caps to check the Scalpicin level, and I was very disappointed to find that none of the bottles were full. Most were only half full, so out of 12 bottles I ordered, I received 6 equivalent worth.I wanted to return the bottles for a refund, but due to the leakage and Bolo's return policy, I was not able to return it. Thankfully, after a chat with Bolo's Customer Service, I was able to get a refund.The manufacturer should seriously put a seal on the bottle like how bottles of witch hazel, and rubbing alcohol comes. It would prevent leakage and save customers and sellers from this kind of hassle.The manufacturer needs to fix this design flaw. Until then, I will have to buy Scalpicin at a local drug store, even if they charge more.

I have used this for my scalp that itches constantly due to pharasis for many years.It works for a few hours for relief but problem does not go away.Began ordering from Bolo due to price cut.
