When you’re on chemotherapy you can’t use an alcohol based mouthwash as it causes mouth sores. I have bought this product for years now. Not only am I happy with this product but I have remained cavity free since I switched to this product over 4 years ago. That says enough for me to know this product is equivalent to what I was using.

Bought it cuz of the great reviews online but it didn’t seem to help much with my bad breath issues. It doesn’t have alcohol but the mintyness still burns my mouth when gargling. It’s a good value though for the price of 2 bottles. Will last a long time.
