Help me go back to sleep if I wake up in the night but these are expensive now. About twice what they usually are. I can buy them in my local market for less than $10 so will do that

This product works well throughout the night. It's easy to swallow and smells and tastes a bit fruity. No problems with being able to swallow the pill before it dissolves. I have used this product for years and the strength always seems consistent.

Quick release plus extended release sounds good, which is why I bought this. The quick release does work well, but the extended release only lasts half the night for me. It's happened every time--a total of about 4 hours of sleep, and that's it. Taking another dose doesn't seem quite right, either, so I'm still in a dilemma about it.

The worst thing about not sleeping well is forgetting! Putting this necessary product on my subscribe and save makes sure that I always have it. It's high quality, easy to swallow, and bottom line--it works!

Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.
