Update 10/18/23:The seller, Lock Sourcing Ltd took the initiative to respond privately to this review and made things right. I have to say that is pretty impressive and responsive customer service (they sent me a message on 10/02, I just didn't see it for a bit), so it seems that they'll still address problems you may have with your order, even if you can't directly contact them at first. I hope Bolo changes their customer support interface so that it's easier to contact sellers again, but it's good to know that they also monitor reviews. "Mobi Lock" is Lock Sourcing's own brand, so you are buying directly from the original seller and they are listening to feedback on their products/packaging 👍 I added an extra star to this review for the excellent customer service.----------------------In addition to what the title says, Bolo has set up their customer service in such a way that there is also no recourse other than to return the entire item and hope the next one has the part you're missing.In this case, all I'm missing is the 4-5 replacement notepads (it says 5 in the listing and 4 on the box, but regardless it only came with the one). As you can see from the photo, the box this item comes in is very flimsy and there is no tape to actually keep it closed, so I'm assuming the little pack of notepads just slipped out at some point during the distribution process. It's not worth returning the entire item for, but it is frustrating since the notepad is an integral part of the product, and I would like to have the spares that the listing/product says it comes with. I can't contact the seller directly, because Bolo's little customer assistant says it's an Bolo problem, but I can't even contact Bolo since it just initiates the automatic return process instead lol. This is the high quality service that large-scale retailers give you. 🙄As for the quality of the product itself, I have not yet suctioned it to my windshield but have tested the pen and clip spring mechanism since other reviews have complained about those things. The quality of the spring actually seems fine so far, much sturdier than what the complaints led me to believe. This thing isn't meant to be in a rugged environment in the first place. As for the pen, it is just a very basic cheap pen. It feels a little janky when writing but it works. Not sure how long it will last baking in the sun of a parked car, but folks are so particular about pens to begin with, you'll want to just find your own thing that fits in the holder as a long term solution anyway. I'll update this review if I run into any problems with the arm or the suction cup.

I travel via car a lot for work. I needed a way to jot down notes safely while commuting. Unfortunately, I found this product to not fit my needs in my Tesla. I had hoped to mount this to the front console. It would mount and adhere briefly, but the material of the console lid did not allow for true adherence. The interior windshield offered a better mounting surface, however the slant of the windshield made the device difficult to use.

I kept forgetting things since hitting 40, and I kept losing my dang sticky notes cuz they wouldn’t stick good, bought this and have not missed anything. Great for moms, new drivers, care takers, anyone really! Very durable.

So the first one arrived and it didn't have the extra notepads that were in the description. Tried contacting the seller but it is a FBA company I believe and Bolo directly works with the problems. So I said it was missing parts. They sent me a replacement and it didn't have the extra notepads again. I would not buy this product again. Suction cup seems good but hard to get it to suction sometimes.

Great little memo pad holder for the car or desk! :]
Pros:- Lightweight- Sturdy and secure (strong lockable suction cup at bottom)- Good size and height for the bendable back- Comes with pen and memo pad- Not just for cars but great for desks too (keeps your note easily in view by standing it up)Cons:- Plastic clip (strong enough to hold the memo pad during writing and every day driving but may not be the case for bumpy roads)Having access to a memo pad on the road is great. It let's you keep what you need to do in front of you (but keep your eyes on the road!) and at any point you can easily add to it. I really like that and also use it on my desk. The bendable neck of this Mobi Lock memo pad mount is also strong enough where you don't need to remove the memo pad or hold it with another hand to write legibly. Your writing still gets affected though as it shakes when you write on it but it's convenient to not always remove the memo pad just to write something.This is a pretty cool product by Mobi Lock and isn't very expensive. The pen and memo-pad both being normal sized means even if you lose something, run out of pages or ink you can always just place another pen and memo pad in to continue use. besser als erwartet!
Ich hab mir das kleine Klemmbrett für meinen Dienstwagen gekauft, da ich im Kundendienst öfter mal etwas notieren muss & hatte jedesmal das Problem, dass natürlich kein Zettel da war und wenn doch, hab ich den natürlich auf einer der Baustellen verloren...Als erstes ist dieser Saugnapf einfach mal der Hammer! Ich dachte, dass mir das Klemmbrett wohl des öfteren mal von der Scheibe abfällt - Fehlanzeige noch kein einziges Mal!Die mitgelieferten Notizblöcke sind doch recht zahlreich, also ausreichend für jeden Schmierfinken oder Notizfetischisten (:Fazit: Kaufempfehlung! Und falls ihr es doch blöd findet, kann man es für den Preis ja jederzeit verschenken...
