I bought this for myself because opening boxes can dry up your hands pretty bad. My boyfriend tried this and he liked it! It doesn’t have a scent or anything that would leave your hands all smelly. It hydrates pretty good & leaves your hands very soft as well. I really recommend this if you work in a setting that will dry up your hands it’s not harsh or anything not even on small cuts.

No sticky residue, no scent overload.Perfect for post-gym, winter dryness, or constant hand washing. Just smooth, soft hands that don’t feel like sandpaper anymore. A permanent staple in my bag and nightstand.

I'm a healthcare worker with sensitive skin and the institutional foaming hand wash we have to use sucks! I have tried so many different products over the years to help soothe my dry, irritated, and itchy hands, and this is literally the only one that has ever worked.It's non-greasy, absorbs fairly quickly, and makes my hands sooo soft. Most importantly as a migraineur, no fragrance! Just a faint moisturizer scent that goes away once fully absorbed. 5/5 stars.

I generally like La Roche-Posay products, so I was looking forward to trying their Cicaplast Hand Cream. Overall, I'd say it was a mixed outcome.On the positive side, a small amount goes a long way and so the price is actually quite reasonable for what you get and how long is will last. It is also true to the advertising and it doesn't have any fragrance, and it does leave my hands soft and supple for several hours.The main negative is that unlike what others report, I do find it a bit greasy when you first rub it on, and it seems to take a long time to soak into my skin. It's about the consistency of vaseline, and even though I only use a tiny amount, my hands tend to feel greasy and wet for many minutes after each use. I'd say if it were perhaps just a bit more on the thin side and a little faster absorbing, it would be the perfect hand creme.If you like a very thick hand creme and you don't mind it taking a while to sink into your skin, this is worth a look. For me, I'll probably keep looking.

It dries light, leaving almost no residue after a minute or so compared to some thicker emollients or vaseline. It probably isn't going to fix bone-dry and deeply cracked skin, however it's been a great help coping with kind of cold and dry weather (like 30°F to 10°F) and dermatitis from frequent hand washing.And, I can't emphasize this enough, it dries light. Not leaving greasy handprints on a mouse and keyboard and desk is nice.

When I first got this and squeezed it out I thought oh no it’s like Vaseline. However, it goes on silky smooth and not sticky. Your hands feel wonderful after applying and it doesn’t wash off right away. I just wish it were scented.

Got this for my mom’s dry dry hands. She loves it so much she got 3 more to keep in every spot she would need it. Your hands stay soft and don’t get hard again after washing, she’s a nurse and washes her hands over and over all day. Highly recommend!

Mi serviva una crema mani altamente idratante da tenere nella borsa per ogni evenienza. Guardando in rete, mi sono imbattuta in questa crema della La Roche-Posay.Ho subito notato quanto sia idratante, senza rimanere “untosa” sulle mani. Inoltre, il profumo è delicato e quindi per nulla fastidioso.

Best hand cream for very dry hands
I've tried many hand creams but since perimenopause, my hands have become so dry that even the usual Aveeno moisturising cream with colloidal oatmeal doesn't cut it anymore. Very pleased to try this Cicaplast hand cream because it surpasses Aveeno in its ability to moisturise very dry hands. I'm prone to eczema and my hands often break out in small patches of pompholyx, and I've found this cream very hydrating for the dry, pompholyx areas on my hand. It also has great longevity - hours after application, after several hand washes, I can still feel a thin layer of this product on my hands. It feels very thick and rich and just a tiny bit is enough for both hands. It also smells a lot nicer than the Aveeno even though it's fragrance free. Really a step up from Aveeno.
