So much better than Lactaid! You take one pill, and you're good. And two big boxes means they last a decent amount of time. Just put a strip of them in a bag or purse and go.

I normally buy these at Costco and discovered I could order them online and get them without a $300 shopping trip!I pop them out of the foil (don't use a sharp edge to break the foil backing...I broke open 3-capsules and made a mess) and into smaller bottles for the kitchen, bathroom, purse, car and day bag supplies.Highly recommend this brand. Wish they would come bulk out of the foil packs.

When I ordered these, they were the only choice for 9000 units/180 count. Before this, I had ordered the Best Naturals brand, same dose and count, only bulk packed in 1 bottle, which I prefer for everyday use. Those who want to easily take these with them when they eat out (not many doing this right now though), these are probably the better choice. But the Best Naturals 9000 FCC ALU/180 count, when they are in stock, are better priced from what I have seen here on Bolo-and are in fact what I just re-ordered, since they were in stock again.Oh, by the way, you would think that individually packed pills would be better protected, but I have had some of these Kirkland pills break or were broken when I tore open the paper covering. There may have been some dust in the bottom of the Best Naturals bottle at the end, to be fair, but I can't say it was much to be concerned about either. They both work fine-take your pick of price and packaging for what suits you best. Be well!

These come in blister packs. I almost never eat out so don't carry them with me. I ended up taking them out of blister packs and put them in a medicine bottle with a couple of small dessicant packets, for ease of use.Otherwise, what can one say, they do their job.

Having suffered lactose intolerance I tried many other similar products (the worst being Holland & Barrett’s lactase enzyme capsules) but these are by far the best. Just pop one in your mouth as you eat, suffer no bloating, no more stomach ache etc. these quite literally have changed my life. You can have as many as you like, they are small, individually wrapped, like chalk if you chew alone, but with food are tasteless. No need for a drink. I just keep a few in my pocket and discreetly take one every time I have dairy.
Lactase caplets
Excellent product for lactose intolerant persons. It has lactase in sufficient dose of 9000 units. Dairy items can be consumed with freedom from worries of flatulence.

Repeat order and product found to be excellent when taken with 'lactose' foods and drinks.
