Versace's take on Oud is a bit more floral (neroli + saffron) and less anamalic and "dirty" as some more standard oud frags can be. And in this case it really works. Versace does an excellent job of making solid fragrances and selling them at price points that put the scents within the reach of enthusiasts who don't always have the budget for designer fragrances - or especially not 100mL bottles of them. The silage and projection on this are excellent and it has decent longevity. And it has the distinction of being one of the only my frags of recent that had a stranger comment and compliment on it while I was out. The scent isn't easily found in the US market where I am and I've never seen it in a store here. And so its more of a regional frag for Versace which is a bit of a shame because I would much rather have this on my shelves than Dylan Blue or even Eros. It's mature and engaging and I haven't really smelled anything that smells quite like it and so it kind of stands out against all the more popular frags I notice people wearing. I'm definitely going to be buying another bottle as a back up once I get through a bit more but I think any frag enthusiast would be happy to have this on their shelves especially at the price point you can find it at on Bolo and other resellers ($55-65usd). The only thing I would say is that it might not be for everyone and could be a bit polarizing depending on the company and so I wouldn't recommend this as a gift and only would blind buy if you have some familiarity with Oud scents in general. Because even though it's much more approachable than others on the market - it's still in the Oud house.

I’ve been using Versace fragrances for years, pour homme, Dylan blue, Eros, etc. I had been shopping for a new fragrance and was leaning towards something more warm and luxurious. I was dead set on Tom Ford, but I didn’t want to spend that much on a fragrance. I decided to give this a shot and wow, it totally surpassed my expectations. It is a very warm, woodsy, and luxurious fragrance. I have gotten many compliments since wearing it. Highly recommend!

I have a Tom Ford oud wood tester my wife got me with a bunch of other cologne testers, I really liked the Tom Ford oud wood it smells amazing but it's really expensive so I did some research and came across this beautiful gem, and honestly I like it more than the Tom Ford it's not even close in my opinion. The top note when you first smell it is a little bit peppery but after a few seconds to a minute or so the dry down comes in with the smooth woody and oud scents and smells almost identical to Tom Ford oud wood, after a minute or so there is this sexy alluring addictive smell at the base notes that I can't describe that smells amazing, Tom Ford oud does not have this, Versace oud noir is deeper, more complex, smoother and sexier than Tom Ford oud wood. Needles to say I'm extremely happy with this cologne this will definitely be my go to woody oud scent. If you like Tom Ford oud wood and your looking for a alternative you won't regret this Versace oud noir.

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a beginner friendly cologne for someone looking to get into male fragrance.This is my first Oud scent I’ve been using and at first I was definitely a little weirded out by the different aspect of the scent. It almost Feels like an incense all around you. It’s definitely something you have to get used to, also to pair this with decent attire is optimal, as it will bring to you an aura that is very certain and also sexy. I highly recommend this cologne, especially if you can get it at a cheaper price it is very strong. So there is almost no need to spray more then twice. This cologne should last throughout most of the year but in the hot summer it might be a little smothering. 9/10

Kokunun ilk açılışı çok sert, Bu sertlik bir müddet devam ettikten sonra tüm etkisini kaybediyor ve geriye sıradan sert bir odunsu baharat kokusu kalmakta. EDP olduğu için yayılımının güzel olmasını beklersiniz ama o açıdan da zayıf bir parfüm. Etrafınızda bu kokuyu almaları zor ve genelde yakınıza gibinize kadar gelenler çok ağır ve sert olduğunu söylüyorlar. Bunun ile kış günler 7-10 fıs ile giyilmesi uygun olur. Aksi halde zaten yaz ayına pek uygun değil.
