Instant relief of itchy scalp! Nice fragrance—natural, not perfumy. Difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, but just unscrew the top and pour. Highly recommend.

I've been using this for about six months now. I don't have eczema or any major scalp issues, but since being in perimenopause I have a very itchy dry scalp sometimes and was looking for something more natural to help with that. This shampoo and condition combo work great for me. I love the scent, they leave my hair clean, fun and looking great. I had to knock a star off however because the bottles are absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to squeeze product out of. I don't know what kind of thick, not pliable plastic they are using on these, but I am an in shape person with no arthritic or grip issues and I can even get product out of these without unscrewing the top and just pouring it out. Because it's free of all the icky ingredients and works good for me I continue to buy it despite the bottle issue, but it's a definite problem they should address.

The three star rating is not because of the actual product. That is wonderful once you manage to get it out of the awful bottle. The bottle is impossible to squeeze and the hole in the lid doesn't allow the product to be easily dispersed. This is the worst hair product bottle that I have ever experienced.

Loved this conditioner when I was having some scalp issues. It’s hydrating enough that my hair wasn’t totally fried while treating my scalp. I took off a star because the bottle is horrible. If you have grip or dexterity issues, avoid!!! I was unable to squeeze the bottle hard enough with one hand to dispense product into the other hand. I had to remove the entire cap and have my husband squeeze the bottle with both hands just to get any conditioner out.

I have extremely sensitive skin and dry scalp, this shampoo did not irritate my scalp at all, when my hair dried off there was no itch, that's not the case with most shampoos I use, great for reactive, sensitive , dry scalp, didn't feel the tingling on the scalp like some of the other reviews I read but regardless it worked, no itching, it will be my winter shampoo and conditioning line, it is slightly drying so you will need to follow up with a good conditioner, i used the derma-e line as well and the conditioner is also good, no complaints

Day one - good results so far
After suffering from itchy scalp and dandruff for over 10 years, I’ve used many various forms of shampoos and conditioners. None really helped and only dried out my scalp, stripped them of any natural oils/nutrients.Usually use T Gel 2-in-1 but that alone was half the battle. After reading many reviews I decided to purchase this conditioner. Delivered and used today, it certainly made a difference when used in conjunction with T Gel.A small amount goes a long way and you can feel the tea tree and menthol work within 10 seconds, the intense tingling sensation was powerful but a delight on the scalp. (Wait the recommended time 3-5 minutes after massage).After a rinse and pat dry, my head feels refreshed and not too tight, no irritation or itching. Passing my hand through revealed almost little to no flakes at all.Hopefully my scalp will be 10/10 (for once!) within the 7 days as advertised. Also good to note I used a silicon scalp massager in the shower, just to loosen any flakes/stubborn patches.

I love this product and the matching shampoo! It makes my hair feel healthy and full of life, as well as helping my eczema covered hands in the process.I am a little disappointed though that I ordered the conditioner second time and ended up being shipped a shampoo instead. Although I will need it refilled next month, the conditioner was what I really needed!Still an amazing product though! Won’t switch from it till I’m forced to!
