I had high expectations when purchasing the Summit Grinder, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. Within just three months of light use, the handle completely broke, rendering the grinder useless.I had chosen this product for its promising design and performance, but the quality of materials seems subpar. For a product at this price point, I expected durability and reliability, but it failed miserably.I wouldn't recommend this grinder to anyone looking for a long-lasting product. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

I bought this product back in December 2020 and did not use it until August 2022, reason being I have another blender and thought I hang on this new product until the old one fails on me. And when it did, I started to use the new one "Sumeet 110V Traditional Indian Mixer Grinder, White", maybe after one use, I could get a burnt rubber smell and did not work after. I reached out to the seller for a solution and this was the response i got on Oct 24, 2022 "sorry we cannot do about this order any thing this order was purchased on 2020 & now is 2022 we cannot do anything" I cannot even give input rate other features, guess what? Never got a chance to! Looks like my $179.95 has gone down the drain. Lesson learnt, never again this product.

I have not started using it yet. But I had one before and I loved it so much and that is the reason I decided toget the same one. Very easy to use and it blend anything in minutes. I recommend it strongly.

I like the product. This brand is used by my mom in 80s. So far I used it to grid wet and dry lentils. After I unpacked it I poured little drops of dish detergent in each jar and filled with water. I saw the small jar was leaking. I hand washed it. I was too busy to chat and ask about returning procedures. But I decided to keep it and use the small one for dry grinding. Easy to maintain, I am happy with whatever it is. I finally got that brand after a long wait.

Worst product... being a previous happy customer back home in India, with high expectations and i ordered this product only to know that it comes with low standard blades. In just four runs all the blades have worn out. No value for money.... Vitamex rocks....i wish i could give a zero star rating

Thus looks like an LPN item which is a customer returned item, I work for an Bolo FC and am aware of what a C- return item looks like. The grinder lid does not look like the lid belongs to this grinder, also the dome of the juicer does not fit the grinder.

Worst Product ever bought in my life from such a reputed brand. Brought the model meant to be used in North America and took it to Canada. Didn't work well... And next day stopped working... With smoke emerging out.... Was not expected from this brand... I now feel sumeet is a cheater... Will never recommend anyone... Was once a fan of this brand.... Worst product... Worst brand... Worst product ever I received from Amazon
Low quality plastic mold they have used to create all parts.Its run only once after that it doesn't start. We are in Japan so it's not possible to send even because transportation cost is more than the product price. So just we keep it aside and bought new mixer grinder from Preethi which is pretty good.I would recommend do not buy this product waste of your money....
