This bag is making it's inaugural trip with me as I type, and I'm very pleased so far.I was looking for something good looking, reasonably sized for storage under the plane seat in front of me, and with lots of storage options.This is exactly what I was after. It's definitely not big enough to be your ONLY bag in a trip longer than a day or two, but as a supplemental bag it's perfect. All my stuff for on the plane in there, plus assorted stuff for later on the trip, all tucked away in different pockets and compartments.It's comfortable to wear, seems durable, and looks good. I would *maybe* add one more pocket on the back side (up against your back), but there is one there already, which is already one more than any of my other backpacks. And maybe a couple loops for clipping stuff to. But these are minor nitpicks.I plan to empty it and carry it around the various towns we're visiting to carry day to day essentials (sunscreen, water bottle, etc) and to add souvenirs.It's not super quick to open, which works to my advantage here (harder to open sneakily means harder to pickpocket from) but easy enough that you won't be frazzled trying to get to your stuff.All in all, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Update: I have had this bag for many months now and carry it almost daily. It is holding up well and I highly recommend!I bought the brown color and it is much lighter than the picture and the leather isn’t as good as quality as it appears in pictures.It looks smaller than I expected but it easily holds everything from my current bag that appears much larger.It seems to be well made despite the cheaper leather and has numerous inside pockets. Shoulder straps have nice padding, zippers are smooth and the canvas looks and feels durable.The buckles on the shoulder straps are a thin metal and do not appear to be good quality but the buckles are the front straps are a much better quality.

For starters, I like the backpack. It looks just like it does in the pictures and everything is well advertised... Most things anyway.Pros:It's big, like really big (it holds two binders, two 5 subject notebooks and a composition book, and that's just from what I could find to put in it at the moment!)It's sturdy, rugged, if you will (I've just gotten mine, but as of yet, it feels like this would be a great backpack for a hike or camping trip... Though I only intend to use it for school)It's what the sellers said it was (You wanted a canvas backpack, the style and all, and that's what you get, and at an affordable price, too!)Cons:Right off the bat, it smells (some people said it was really strong and that they couldn't get it out, again I've just received my backpack, and so far it isn't that strong to me... I guess I'll update on the smell in the future.)The laptop sleeve doesn't fit my laptop (My laptop, 14.5x9.5 won't fit in the sleeve but fits fine in the backpack, this is because of the width actually, not the length... But I didn't really buy this to carry my laptop around in, but it would've been nice if I could've)The buttons (this is just a personal preference, but I don't like the buttons. I feel like they make leaving a class take longer than magnets would, but I guess the buttons would also be more secure than magnets so... More of a personal thing)The straps (I know that they're meant to fit the "rugged aesthetic," but I'm also slightly worried they may actually be fraying. I'm not too sure, but only time will tell...)Overall, this is a nice product from the looks of it. I think it'll keep me happy all through this school year.As of yet, that's it... But I'll update if anything changes for the worse.

Delivery: Arrived about 1 week earlier than expected, very fast and good delivery.Return service: Sent back the first bag I received because it smelt SO BAD and I couldn't get it out even after washing it. GEARONIC was very understanding, no questions were asked and the return process was very smooth.Product color: I ordered the coffee color and the actual product looked much darker than the advertised colors. It may look a bit purplish because of my phone lighting but in reality it just looks like a dark brown. I liked the color so I kept it, but you might want to consider other colors if the dark brown is not for you.Durability: Seems very sturdy for its price. The bottom of the bag feels a bit padded.Functionality: Multiple pockets are very useful and I look forward to using the bag for school and work after the pandemic is over, but one complaint is that the two side pockets are unusual sizes - too small to fit umbrellas and big bottles. I'm not very sure what I could use it for, other than a pencil case but I don't need two.... There's also a manufacturing error where they sewed on the leather strips for the bag handle unevenly but it's not a big issue for me.Maintenance: Be careful to take out the silicon packets and wash in cold water or not at all to avoid color running.

If you’re looking for a good travel backpack, you have just found one.
The backpack is just perfect! I use it when I travel and I can’t imagine a better one. Comfortable to wear, quite a lot of stuff can fit in. Definitely recommend!
